Sleep-Ezzz Mattress World

Well my first impression was good and the prices are decent. Unfortunately I will never buy a mattress from this company. First we are told we can return the mattress within 7 days. We come back within 7 and Mike the manager says" you can only do an exchange " after grudgingly accepting this we walk around and find another mattress less expensive we thought we would receive the rest of the difference back on the visa. NOPE not the case again they tried to keep the difference. I have never even heard of a return policy like this and even if that is what the policy of the store is, my advice is to let your customers know and make sure they understand. Hope you guys fix this so your business can thrive.

Bought a $1000 mattress its falling a part with in a year. Tried to contact really hard to get through. Going to try to get it replaced not happy with it at all the box spring came damaged to

Our shopping experience was fine, Mike did not try to pressure us, so I think the mattress will work out finejust for the spare room. There delivery service is another matter. OMG, I have never had a more unprofessional delivery in my life. They barely said hello, brought in the new mattress before taking the old one, which caused a traffic jam in the hallway. When they finished jockeying the mattresses around, I asked them to remove the plastic from the new one and take it with them, they did not. They just took the old mattress and left. To top it off I just realized my hardwood floor is scratched. Sleep Ezzz, you need to give your delivery guys a good tune up on customer service.

If anyone have bought anything from here you will be lied about the warranty or replacement. Actually if you have any issue your request will be sent to Toronto to see if your complaint is legit and then you have to pay hidden $100 + shipping charges. This is what my experience was: 6 days after buying the base and mattress, I found out that the wooden base is bent in the middle. So I went back to the seller thinking that the replace or warranty promises that he made were TRUE. But he is a completely different person than what he was when he sold the bed. He basically lied and he is completely against the warranty/replace policy to which he was clinging to. He got angry when i told him about the issue and want the wooden base to be replaced. He looked at the reciept 3 times and kept to smashing it on the table. I showed him the picture of the base and he asked me "if i was sleeping on the wooden base without any mattress on it?"

Worst customer service ever. Steve the owner lies about the warranty and refund to make a sale.then starts yelling and verbally abuse the customer when there is a problem. Also there mattress falls apart in days takes months to fix the problem. They also say you should never sit on a mattress because that destroying the mattress. Lol never go there again and hope they close down.. we are calling the better business this week. As a customer that spent over 4000 on a bed a Frame you expect good customer service. There is zero go to Costco you get better service. Steve the own is a lier a cheat and a fraud

Bought a Tempurpedic Queen size Bed. Mike-our sales personnel- was very knowledgeable, helpful and gave us our time to look around. Also interacted with Jack later, he was pretty good as well! All in all, a great mattress at a good deal, smooth delivery and installation as well!

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT SHOP AT SLEEPEEZ CAMBRIDGE OR KITCHENER!!! THE OWNER STEVE IS UNPROFESSIONAL! Bought a spare mattress on Tuesday and then decided to go a different route and buy from a reputable company with better service. 20 minutes later I went back and cancelled the order…it hadn’t even been placed yet. I left the store, checked my credit card and it had been refunded…BUT!!!! 20 minutes later the refund was reversed, and I was recharged $800!!! I went back to the store and they are blaming my bank! AND REFUSING TO GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK! I called the owner STEVE in Kitchener and he hangs up on me! Now he won’t take my calls! Went to the bank and they verified EXACTLY what I said happened! Now I will have the Credit card company opening a legit investigation!

This company has the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. After selling a mattress that collapsed within a week of purchase, I went back to the store to ask for a replacement or a refund. In response, I was accused of not purchasing the mattress from their store despite having the receipt in front of me, and was then accused that I must be using the mattress as a "sofa" which caused the edge to collapse. Eventually they acknowledged the fault and I was told that I would receive a replacement after the holidays. I have not received nor heard from the company as of February 6th. Avoid this business at all costs!

My husband and I decided to buy mattress in local store rather the big name businesses because we wanted to support small businesses. So my husband went to Cambridge location and chose one for $1800 a single one. They give us one week to try if we are not happy we can exchange it. So I slept on it for less than one week I wasn't happy nor was my husband. I woke up with a lot of pain my back we decided to change it when my husband called them he said no we can't do anything for you sorry. Now I am stuck with this mattress. Clearly they have no integrity nor care about customers, but only their pockets. I hope no one goes there because they prove that they are corrupted people. I will never support small businesses again.

I ordered my mattress online and talked to the store owner. I absolutely love my mattress. With Covid going on, I wasn't able to try the mattress out in stores but was given a a period of time where I could exchange it for a new mattress if I didn't like it. I absolutely love my mattress, the store owner was knowledgable and helped me pick a mattress for sleep a side sleepers. Customer service amazing. Delivery man amazing. Price was unbeatable!!!!
