Leon's Furniture

Had an amazing experience at Leon's Furniture in Guelph. Frazer was excellent in figuring out what we wanted and needed, and spent as much time required to help us furnish our new home. He knew his inventory and was quick to show us all our options, and create different packages. Was able to book the delivery date we wished for, and unlike other furniture stores we have visited, delivery is free. We highly recommend visiting Guelph Leon's!

The staff are very friendly and they know the store inside and out. Frequent sales and decent prices. There is also a kids play place. The deliveries are well done, but have a huge window.

Not very happy. Over the years I have made many purchase at this store. My last purchase was a washer and dryer (stackable unit) We picked up the unit a week ago and went on vacation. Spent the whole day today getting rid of my old washer and dryer and connect the new unit. To my surprise I was missing the piece in between to stack the unit. I was never told at time of purchase I needed to buy this $100 item for it to work properly. I called the store and it needs to be ordered in. Two week turn around! Awesome now I have no washer and dryer for the next two weeks. What a frustrating day! I’m ready to bring it all back! :(

I have given Leon’s a lot of business over the years and never really had an issue up until recently. I bought a tv a couple months ago and within the last couple weeks I’ve been having issues that I have troubleshot and have found the issue to be caused from the manufacturer. I called Leon’s and they said there’s nothing they can do because I didn’t buy their extended warranty and would have to contact the manufacturer. The customer service representative was rude and had a bad attitude towards me. It’s funny cause they will bend over backwards for you until they get a sale, after that you’re a nobody. After only 2 months with this tv I was hoping for a quick resolution from Leon’s, but I will definitely remember this the next time I make a big purchase.

Horrible experience. No one knew about the financing. In the end the guy lied about the easy finance and has now screwed me over. First delivery was late. Today something was to be delivered and didn't show up and I called and they said"sorry it didn't make it on the truck today" so I sat around waiting and no one called to tell me it wasn't gonna be there and I now have to wait another 1 1/2 weeks after already waiting 2. Never again
