Went to The Brick in Guelph to purchase a top of the line washer and dryer. Despite asking for assistance and waiting for 10 minutes after someone was paged to assist me, no one seemed interested in making the sale. I moved on to another retailer who was more invested in customer service. I will never return to the Guelph Brick. I'm sorry that I was forced into posting a single star, as I would have preferred to give a 0 star rating to this store......

I would give them zero stars, if it was possible!. They delivered 3 times damaged sofa and chair. On material, on wooden part, bottom... On 4 places on just the sofa (of "Ivan" sofa and the chair.
I was very careful with their delivery, reading the other people bad experiences, but it is the best to stay away from the brick, as the store. Last delivery, they didn't even bother to take out damaged furniture, but they wrote that i accept it " as is", which I never would, because it looks like second hand furniture!
The worst experience ever!!
Find some other store and buy your furniture! Manager, delivery people, every experience with them is horible.

Gave us a great deal on a Couch and mattress! Remember try and swing a deal and ask for a lower price or for a warranty to be included. Bartering worked for us. I would recommend!

The most horrible experience we have ever been involved in for a major purchase. The salesman from the get-go was pushing warranties before we had even chosen a mattress. He was overly aggressive and only concerned about his "pitch" and brushed off my questions. When he finally stepped away, I attempted to lay down on a bed with the pillow he supplied me. As I was about to set my head down on the pillow his manager quickly ran over and took the pillow out from under my head for a customer she was assiting. Our "salesman" stormed over and they immediately started arguing in front of staff and customers. We quickly removed ourselves from the store and the salesman followed us out towards our car trying to convince us to stay. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe the horror show that is 'The Brick' in Guelph. Avoid this joke of a business and go down the street to Leons, we did.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE BRICK. We purchased a bedroom set from the Brick, they said it would be a month before the furniture could be delivered, okay but after delivering the furniture cracked and broken they said the would deliver a new set 2 weeks later. Well the Guelph store “forgot” to enter our order so they informed us that it would actually be a few months before they could deliver a new bed set. The Guelph location was not only rude but unwilling to assist us. Furious we went to the Kitchener located because nobody in the Guelph location would help us. Kitchener upgraded us to a new bed set which was very nice of them and said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. It has now been almost 5 weeks and they keep pushing it back. Now nobody will return our calls. This is by far the worst service I have ever received after giving someone thousands of dollars. I would recommend staying away from the Brick at all costs. We even e-mailed and called head office numerous times and nobody even responded to our e-mails or calls.
