The Home Depot

I went to this home depot a lot for the last month due to work site. The tool rental department is great. not enough staff at lumber i don t really need help looking for things. just need help loading or have things brought down from upper selves.

Mark from flooring/Custom Blinds was very helpful in resolving an issue with Levelor. Stephanie and Sandy were both exceptional as well.

I went in last night with my fiance trying to get supplies to make a paper flower wall. We got help from cheryl and it was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we got supplies that would work. She also provided us with assistance securing our car door since the supplies were too big to shut the back door. She also warned us about making sure we put the red flag incase police came behind us. I cannot express how happy she made us. We had no idea what we needed to get and she answered all of the questions. Thank you Cheryl for being awesome!

I went to the HD guelph today to order a couple custom doors. After I stood in the door area for a few minutes I asked a Hd employee if they could call someone to help me. Waited a few more minutes and asked another staff for help. I waited another five minutes and then I called the store, voicemail jail put my call through to the empty desk that I was standing in front of. I watched it ring for a while and then decided to try again and talk to someone in person. The person that I finally got on the phone ( she knew that I was standing in the door area of the store) told me that the door person and the store managers were on their lunch break. I said that they should enjoy their lunch and that I would take my order to Home Hardware. Her response was ( ok have a nice day)

I walked in and became a deer in the headlights. Such a big store! All I want to do is make a mosaic on some flower pots with my kids! A knight in a shining orange strode to my rescue :D. Seriously though... great service. The people don't annoyingly ask you if they can help making you feel like you must look like a toy hammer in a carpenter's tool box. They just say hello and if you do need help the conversation has been opened if you do want to ask about anything. When I did ask I got clear directions and didn't feel like an idiot upon leaving! 5 star in my books!
