A smaller RONA, so we were initially skeptical that they'd have everything we needed. We need not have worried. We were instantly greeted and asked if we need help finding anything, and managed to pick up what we needed in about 5 minutes... Faster than if we'd gone to a huge cavernous store. A pleasant surprise.

The lady that helped me was very attentive & friendly. She got a co-worker to assist me in bringing my purchase to my car. He went a step further and loaded the 6 totes in my car. Great service all around.

I went to Rona yesterday looking for an unusual plumbing connector that I couldn't find anywhere. The staff expert assigned to help me, Greg, was exceptionally nice and helpful. He tried every way he could to find me the right part, but they did not seem to have it. I was ready to leave, but he was still trying. To my amazement he found just the right part for me; it worked perfectly. I simply had to commend him to his manager for his exceptional service! I highly recommend Rona; it's difficult to get that kind of service anywhere else!

It's great for anything from home renovations to building a new home from scratch but unfortunately Rona isn't made for small projects. Everything is industrial size or the hardware seems to be made for industrial sized builds. So if you're looking for a smaller project Rona is not the place to go. Big fields and big renovations Rona is definitely one of the first places I would check out. I've included pictures of a ceiling fan and a lighting fixture that I have my eyes on they would look great in my place and I'm thinking about purchasing them to complete the feng shui of our family home.

It was ok. Different than most curb side pickups we have done Here you had to stand in a line whereas most places can handle bring stuff to your car when you call to notify that you are there to pickup. Also people in the line did not all respect the 6’ distance thing.

Purchased an in stock item. Purchased the same item the next day, paying slightly more. Ask why. Was told the price went up.. Checked website to find out that was a complete lie. Was just charged more for no reason. Not the first time this has happened at this location.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I feel I really should about the service I received in this store today! Thank you Jason for helping myself and my husband with our closet doors! He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You are definitely representing your company well, thanks again!

Shop here regularly and I always feel like a welcomed guest. Staff are super nice and helpful. If you have a question about something in particular, on the odd occasion you may have to wait for the expert or call in and ask them. Its a small store so they are limited on staff, this also make it better as you get to know the staff which makes every visit nicer. Only down side is that where the store is smaller than others, less products to select from.

I've never been to a store with better staff. They will talk you through your project and try to understand your needs. They're polite and respectful, genuine and concerned. They troubleshoot, they ask their colleagues for help and advice, and, amazingly, their colleagues get involved in the troubleshooting. They work together because they seem consummate problem-solvers first and foremost. I've witnessed them explaining in painstaking detail why one product would work better for someone's needs than another. I've seen them try to *invent* a solution for someone on the spot. It doesn't matter what you look like or how you are dressed; they are there to speak to you as another human, and they're ready to help. For me, they have searched for something I needed and phoned around to other stores if they didn't have it. They have called me back, unexpectedly, to give me updates on their findings. They have walked me through a return process and deliberately overrode their own feelings of inconvenience by saying it was fine for me to return something to their store when I now know they have to take on the work of sending back an online exclusive product. They have been good-natured and positive no matter what. I'm used to entering a hardware store and watching the staff scitter away from me like mice. At the Guelph Rona, they ask kindly, "is there anything I can help you with?" And they really mean it.

After going to Home Depot and the big Home Hardware in town, I was worried I would not be able to get what I needed for my project at home. Customer service was not good at either store today. People were either not available or didn't seem interested in helping. So, I decided to try out this Rona. I am so glad that I did. I was offered help by 4 different people and everyone was friendly and genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. A special shout out to Chuck who made my day today. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and was appreciative that I was appreciative. Can't ask for more. Needed a few special cuts and the team in the back was great too. This will be my first stop for building supplies on my next trip! Thank You!
