Original Home Furniture

We purchased a Lazy Boy set for our living room at Original Home Furniture. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable without aggressive sales tactics. This was the most comfortable furniture store we visited in town- very appreciated with a toddler in tow! If you are looking for quality furniture, variety, and knowledgeable staff you won't be disappointed.

Purchased a customized Pinnicle chair. Overall cheaper quality compared to my mid-1970s model. First issue; using the lever, it gives off a loud ratchet noise. Second issue; cheaper materials. Chip board construction which is inferior to my old plywood chair and was lied to by sales person (see next issue) Third issue; Customer Service - When I went back with my concerns, one of the male staff tried to tell me that the chip board was better and more environmentally friendly which both reasons are false Forth; Poor padding that does not give good lumbard support. The floor model was better. We won't be going back there again nor buying Lazy Boy products. I would never pay extra for customized features since the floor model was a little better quality for less. On top of that, poor customer service when it comes to resolving issues

Great customer service and very friendly. Price-matching was a bonus. Delivery crew did a great job in taking care of furniture and set-up was fantastic. Now I need a coffee table; will definitely go back to them! Great experience.

We bought a coffee table from Original Home Furniture. They price matched their competitors which we were happy with. When we received the table we noticed there was a little bit of damage to one of the corners and they replaced it and delivered the new table for free. Excellent customer service! We will definitely be looking at furniture in the future from this store.
