I have worked here in 2013-2014, I drove a fork lift and loaded the saws. In my short time there I have seen so many come and go. They wages are low and the work is to much with little time off and very short break times. I was promised a lot to stay with them. Took awhile to see their empty promises why pay for good help when they can get cheap help papers don’t matter. This is Chinese owned. It used to be Talon a Canada owned. Companies like this are the evil in this world rather make a less quality product with unskilled labor than make a great product with skilled labor. That place needs a Union!!!!

I purchased the Homestar Waterloo 6 drawer Sonoma dresser Knowing that this was not a handcrafted piece of furniture. What I didn’t expect was an item delivered without instructions, missing all fastening devices, screws, dowels, etc. Most importantly was that 3 of the 6 drawer components were also missing. After placing a call into your corporate complaint line I was informed that this dresser had been discontinued and parts were not available. I was sent fasteners from a different dresser but most were not comparable with the Waterloo dresser and I am not able to assemble my dresser. After spending Valuable time and effort on this dresser it is headed to the garbage dump. It is fitting that this dresser was named Waterloo...last time I will purchase any furniture item online.

Ordered night table. Missing handle. Called, no answer after 30 minutes waiting. Emailed for "quicker response" per call. Have sent two emails, no response still after 1 week. Also had ordered a 6 drawer dresser same day as night stand. Wrong model sent Walmart issue. New one ordered. Open it up and right out of box, damaged top board! No damage on box. Issue with manufacturer. Sent email in for new part. Customer service, is not customer service. Quality of product, horrible as well. BBB is next...

Customer service is absolute garbage. Purchased an item and pieces were missing. Tried to call many times but no answer. Sent email and finally recieved response after days but they were rude through email. Sent many close up and clear pictures of reciept .but they claim the picture isnt good enough.

Quick in and quick out. Got in and backed in unstrapped my load they unloaded me and signed my paperwork and I got the heck out of there.

This place is corrupt 3rd shift the supervisors were allowed to come in drunk I know because I worked there and witnessed it all no reason why I would be leaving a bad review for no reason I have a great job now but this place needs new supervisors and new HR

Great staff....little dusty..lol They stay on assigned appointments and schedule!!!

You need a job quick. This is the place. But you better speak Spanish or you won't move up.

wait times here can be long , but they are working the entire time

This is a furniture manufacturing company. It's not a location to shop at though.
