Payless Mattress

Showed up at 11:15 to locked doors and a hand delievered non payment notice taped to it. Never going back. Between that, and the bad reviews, best to steer clear unless you are paying cash and he has the matress there.

My buddy got a place with his girlfriends and they needed a new mattress. So he ended up buying one from here. Everything seemed fine until the mattress showed up. It was not the one that he ordered. So he went back and he said that he was wasting his time and that there were no refunds, being insanely rude. I would 100% not recommend buying anything from this place.

I went in not knowing a THING about mattresses (I only knew that I needed two box springs to make up a queen sized one). The owner was in the back so I waited patiently. He finally came out and I explained what I needed and he condescendingly told me that I needed "splits" as if I should know. He then proceeded to say I had to fill out an order NOW to even have a chance at getting them. He began processing the order and when I asked how much it would be, he told me $280 and I said I wanted to keep looking for something cheaper. He then laughed in my face and said I wouldn't find anything for under $300. He was very rude, rolling his eyes at me and walked away from me while I was still standing at the counter. Well, sir, I found splits at TWO different stores for less than $150....you are not the cheapest store. I would not recommend this place unless the owner gets trained in customer service.

Buddy got a mattress here and the entire experience was very unprofessional not only did he not receive the mattress that he order he was also blatantly lied to when he went back for answer. The owner became very belligerent towards him and denied him the opportunity to see the mattress that was supposed to have been sold to him originally, overall everything about this place screams scam my advice to anyone thinking about shopping here DO NOT GO, take your money and business somewhere else.

Excellent customer service, we love our mattress and will continue to come back. There was a mix-up and they provided an excellent solution. We are very happy.
