We came in looking for a car to meet our needs, we talked to Colin Mah who listened to our needs and answered question we had about Volkswagen cars. Salesman Chris was fantastic! He was willing to take as much time as we needed to decide on a vehicle, and was not pushy at all. The team of Chris Carriere, Kyle Pess and Bernie York, had us leaving Gary Moe Volkswagen with a new vehicle and very satisfied with our purchase! It is easy for any company to make a customer happy when everything goes perfectly but when things start to go wrong that is the true test of how a business treats its customers. I bought a new Golf from here in August of 2017, the first car they brought in for me had some issues and initially this caused quite a problem but Ryan and Colin both bent over backwards to find me a replacement and to make sure that I was happy so that the process was as painless for me as possible. I have dealt with many other car dealerships before and all of them would have walked away from these problems but Colin and Ryan went far above and beyond to take care of everything. In the end I got a car that is exactly what I wanted and and a good story to go with it, and Gary Moe Volkswagen has earned a long-term customer who will tell everybody he knows to buy a car from them!

We were looking for a used car for our daughter and she was hoping to find a Jeep Patriot. Chris Carriere treated us very well! He brought in 5 different vehicles for us to test drive. We had the opportunity to compare a Patriot to a few different makes and models. In the end, Chris and the team at Gary Moe Volkswagen made sure our car buying experience was positive!
