The employees that assisted me with my click and collect order were very helpful and friendly! 5 stars goes out to them.nnUnfortunately, the product wasn't received in good condition as the item had the pickup reservation sticker stuck onto a visible area that was very hard to remove it from. Since this is item was the only one in stock, I wasn't able to exchange it as I needed it for my project and it was the only one in the GTA. The labels used at other Rona stores are much easier to remove and it's too bad this location doesn't use the same ones.

the staff is so lazy to answer phone call or messages. I am trying from last 5 days to contact Kitchen department at extension 3314 Ms. Marlo and left at least 10 phone massages. NO response yet by her or someone else. why you guys have phone service if you are so irresponsible, have no interest and so careless to respond a client. Is anyone even reading these messages and asking these workers? today I am going to buy appliances from another competitor store. Rona has lost my business over $5000 because of these kinds of workers and their work ethics. people are dying to have a job in this rough time.nRona must ask these workers at least a simple question as they do not deserve the job. what should i rate this service? This store has the worst customer service. All the employees are so lazy and they Don't even answer your phone. We bought a Gas Stove and Refrigerator from this store in March and our delivery is scheduled for May 21st. When we went to postpone our delivery to June 8th, we came to know that they Don't have gas stove in stock for which we already paid 2 months ago and they discountinued the product. It was Available in stock when we placed the order. The purpose of booking the appliances in advance is to get them reserved and delievered on time.nnThey didn't even bothered to call us to let us know that its out of stock. What a ridiculous experience, how come the product is out of stock when I placed the order 2 months ago. They sold my piece to someone else and now I visited the store 3 times, tried calling them so many times. I keep getting transferred from one person to another and no one wants to take any responsibility for this. The appliances Manager here is so careless that he/she didn't even contact us in 5 days to sort this out. They keep saying they will contact us but no one calls us back. I reached out to Elizabeth, Livi, Allen, etc. But no one is anwering our phone and no one is looking into this matter. Feels like RONA doesn't care about their customers. HOME DEPOT is far better than RONA. Needs this ESCALATED to their Head Office as the Management here is worst.nnI would recommend everyone to skip shopping at this store.

I ordered the same day deliver online which did come that day. That was good. What wasn’t good is their ridiculous cap on the number of pieces of items they would deliver 49 which required me to go to the store anyway to pick up another 12 of the 6 foot 1” X 6” treated lumber pieces I needed for the same project anyway. According to their site which I played around with I could have removed 10 of the 1 X 6 boards which were extremely light weight wise from the delivery order and replaced them with 10 more of the gigantic extremely heavy 10 foot 6 X 6 posts and that would still qualify for the delivery. It wasn’t about weight. It was the number of pieces. Bizarre. I kept getting emails to review the items yet the site never worked to leave a review. So this is what I got. Treated 6 X 6s that cracked and split within days, one from top to bottom, multicolored 1 X 6 that were advertised as brown, some were split and a few were not bowed but actually curved sideways and heavy duty gate hinges that bent under the moderate weight of the 4.5’ gate. Not impressed with any of the products.

I honestly don’t know how does this store operate. Called in upfront to double check if there is a required q-ty of cedar siding. Spent probably 15 mins waiting while been redirected to the right person. I was reassured that there is plenty of product in stock. Made my way to the other end of the city just to find out that there is only 10 pcs available. DISASTERnDon’t use Rona, better go to Home Depot
