Sorry guys no empathy sorry guys you are forcing me to buy Home Depot yes you guys will go and loose money due to poor customer service and eventually will close for good too bad I guess homenDepot will get my business all the timenFro now on

Brayan is an amazing employee. Went above and beyond with helping us find the right product, and went as far as helping us load the product into the car. In the time spent in Rona at least 5 people were looking for him for his help and it makes total sense as to why. We appreciate his help!

I recently visited Rona and BRAYAN was a huge help. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I found everything I needed, and was friendly and professional throughout the whole visit. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. He made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Accused of stealing on my first visit.nnFirst and last time ever stepping foot into this store. I was using a reusable grocery bag to hold loose items while walking around. The manager publicly yelled at me, demanding to know what was in my bag and accusing me of trying to steal.nnHaving the audacity to treat customers like criminals with absolutely no proof is disgusting customer service. Avoid this location. They don't deserve your business.

They had what I was looking for but it took a while to find it. It's a big store, understaffed. The staff are not well trained, although in the end they were helpful.nI had already looked up the item I was purchasing, but to find the item they had to look up the number on a device, and even then The item wasn't on display.nI had to wait for the sales associate to get a ladder and unbox the tool I was looking for.nA quick stop took far longer than anticipated.
