Now i understand why everyone gives Edwards 5 out of 5 star rating. Michael looked at my malfunctioning front door lock and he explained to me that my lock for my front door was fine working order and if i lubricated the moving parts that i would probably rectify the problem. Thanks for your honesty . Two seniors that will be back. Jim&Barbara
