Been to this Home Depot location for a decade and have had a great experience most of the time. Today the manager, Jane helped me with a price match on an engineered floor and gave me an incredible price. I've also had good advice in the paint department in the past. Very good customer service.

I recently attended the Home Depot on north queen south Etobicoke. I had an interaction with Jeff who I believe is one of the store managers. He was super helpful and friendly. I could sense his genuine attempts to help me solve my home renovation challenge. Thanks Jeff for your assistance and helping me start off my Sunday in a positive light!

We came to cut keys at this location and we had absolutely horrible customer service by Akayla. She was not friendly or patient. I would avoid her at all cost. She openly rolled her eyes at me and sighed and verbally got very upset when asked questions. I worked in retail for years, she is not at all qualified to be on the floor please provide further training.nnWe got home I test the keys and after all that the keys didn’t work and we need to bring them back.

Went to the pro desk, this lovely gentleman helped me find glue for wood. I showed pictures and a video of exactly what I was looking for and he kindly gave me some helpful advice on application and exactly what I need. I always feel so comfortable going to home depot not knowing much about things but knowing that experts there will be so helpful.
