It's a great place and the attendants are really skilled and helpful. You also have the option to personalize your furniture especially if you have limited space in the area of your home where you need an item. There is also a subway outlet right in front of the access way. This is in the same facility. Spacious and not crowded. However I find them not as organised as some other places I have visited. But there are lots of quality products on offer

The staff are really great and helpful, but this is when you get one. To the owners/managers: staff your store better! Everytime I go there is a line of like 3-10 people for every staff on the floor, they are doing their best but you do not have enough workers!

I was looking for a bathtub stopper and came across a young man by the name of Cleitus, whom, I have to say is a phenomenal employee. I had never come across anyone that I could say is a prime example of an outstanding employee, until yesterday. He's funny, assertive, knowledgeable, a true leader and went the extra mile, for something as insignificant as a bathtub rubber stopper, but he definitely "wowed" me. His colleagues could learn a lot from him. Bravo!

Rarely get the help I need when I'm in there. I've been over charged a few times and still waiting for a call back from over 3 weeks back when I got charged for a paint can twice instead of just the one I bought... I waited 20 min just for a representative to tell me this whole time we haven't been able to go in the security room to check the "cameras" just to verify. Yeah... and how about a month later... no call back and I'm just to annoyed at the multiple inconvenient issues I've had here to even want to go back. Called again and was told I would get a call back the next day by the manager. Never happened.... you guys took a photo copy of my receipt and expect me to keep following up with you over getting my money back. This is rediculous.

Was greeted by a number of associates as I walked by them tonight. I asked for a location for a thermostat and was escorted right to them. In and out quickly.
