Staff were friendly and someone to direct you every step of the way. Security at the entrance directs you to the Covid Screening folks, who then direct you to Registration take a number, who then direct you to your appointment location. The Surgery Clinic requires check in and check out the desk and has a large waiting area with washrooms and parking pay machines in the same area. Round about located near entrance for drop off and pick ups. I gave it a 4 because I didn't like that I had to drop off my test sample to Lifelabs in the building beside it.

Get a number from the registration area and wait for your number to be called. The desk staff are very efficient and helpful. Once you are registered, you will proceed to the area where your appointment is and check in to let them know that you have registered. Wait for the nurse to call you in if you are there for the surgery clinic. Check out when you have finished. Give yourself extra time as there may be a wait. Prepare to pay for parking in the area $3 for 1/2 an hour.

worst experiences at queens-way health care centre On Monday Nov 7th there was job fair hiring for scheduling clerk. Person who was in charge of the hiring for scheduling clerk did not even brother too look at the resume. I told them I dont have experience in scheduling clerk there are like oh we need someone who is experiences they dont provided training at all. I am sorry to say this job fair experiences was terrible unprofessional did not even brother to repeat them self at all. Queensway health care centre should provide training for all positions

Had knee replacement surgery Nov 12 2021 and hip replacement surgery Dec 9 2022. Both experiences were very positive. The registration process was efficient, pre-op assessment was orderly, Dr. McGoey was awesome and the fleet of registered nurses post-op were all amazing, particularly my overnight nurse 7:30pm to 7:30am. All of them were kind, considerate and took very good care of me. I truly hope I do not require any additional joint replacements!! But if I do, I will not at all be concerned about having the surgery performed by Dr. McGoey at THP Queensway.

Check in front desk are rude and discriminate and the doctors are very dismissive .. but EVERYONE ELSE are absolutely out of their minds, they support TYRANNY and dont know anything about HUMAN RIGHTS. when you walk in without a mask and tell them you're exempt instead of respecting the medical exemption they instead harrase and force you to wear a mask or leave the facility and not see your doctor . It is absolutely absurd and disgusting how much they go out of their way for something that makes no sense at all and MASKS ARE PROVEN to be USELESS against c19. So this review isn't about a doctor but the ENTIRE HOSPITAL for DISCRIMINATION against HUMAN RIGHTS.

Waiting here in DI for over one hour. Every other patient has been in and out and I am still here. Literally the only one in the waiting room. I pulled number 60 from the ticket dispenser when I came in and they are now serving 72 when the next person walks in. I’m convinced all the technician are on lunch but no one is admitting that.

Bruh, the hospital made me wait 8 hours for a 5 mins diagnose. Failed to send my info to the surgical doctor via fax twice. Took 3 weeks to book a surgery and only tell me that OHIP won't cover for the surgery 5 minutes before getting into the surgical room. Superb! 5 stars. In hell tho.

Dr. Sharon Kim in the fracture clinic is amazing. Hyper efficient yet kind and even very funny! I hope to never fracture anything again but if I do I'd want her to follow my injury again!

It took me over an hour to take an Uber to this place for a dislocated shoulder, only for me to find out the emergency area is CLOSED? And has been for almost 2 years?! Are they counting on people to just not have emergencies?

went here for ultrasound image of my daughter for the first time. I was lucky to be helped by a staff as I was struggling to find where to go. I entered the building through east entrance. the building is very confusing if you are going for the first time. for all x-ray, ultrasound and other imaging, follow the green stricker on the floor - with number "2 - Diagnostic Imaging". there is limited free parking in front of the building 150 sherway drive. there are also paid parking available.
