Please forward this info to the correct people, because I've had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. My insurance company has this pharmacy listed as their preferrer pharmacy, and I am unable to use any other. First, I never ever get notifications as to when my medication will be delivered, they just show up without confirmation. Second, whenever I have an issue or question, I spend minimum 30 minutes on hold waiting to contact someone. The last time I spent over an hour 4 separate times on hold before calling the receptionist and finally getting pushed through to a manager. Third, and most importantly, my meds are repeatedly delivered to the wrong location at my work, despite me calling multiple times to clarify they MUST be brought to reception, and asked multiple times to ensure there is a note written on the package to please deliver to reception. Again, today, the meds were brought and dropped off at the back entrance to someone who had no idea what to do with them.
