My experience with this clinic has been nothing but positive. All of the receptionists seem to be very busy, but still try to help, understand, and accommodate for you. This clinic has the ability to accommodate for those who speak Arabic and or Spanish over the phone to book appointments. My family and I have been going there for about 4 years now. They have many specialists and committed family doctors. They have always acted professionally and even kind towards my family and I. I have received nothing but good service from the doctors and receptionists.

I saw Dr. Anita Roy here for years. She likes to rush her patients and I dealt with it for year but it kept getting worse along with her attitude. When I told her I think it’s mean how she treats me and rushes me out and how it triggers the very same anxiety she loves to prescribe me meds for- she refused to see me ever again. She’s neglected me medically because I told her she should be nicer and the clinic is supporting her in this despite my very complex medical history. They sent me to another doctor in the clinic who told me my file is too complex and I should be seeing the doctor I’ve been seeing. I haven’t been able to get a family doctor since.

Very disappointed! I was told to come at this time for walk-in and when I did come. The receptionist told me to wait for one hour. One hour became two hours. All the patients that came before me went in except me. What’s going on!!! Am I not important to be checked. All they kept saying you are next you are next. Horrible clinic reception staff! If you can’t do a proper job then please leave.

Doctors are decent if you can get a hold of them, online booking portal doesn't work and no one ever answers the phone. when I go and wait for my appointment, I saw the phone ringing for 5 minutes while the receptionist was doing her nails. They say not to call in peak hours but I called different times and still nothing. The receptionists look like they hate it there. Please leave if you don't like your job. People's health isnt a joke.

Every single time i have been beyond worst experience but today they seriously crossed the limit i walk in at 12:30 was waiting till 3:15 when they said u can come in i came and since then i am waiting in a room i have two little daughters one is 10 month old waiting for me outside. Most pathetic services here anyone can have. Average wait is 2 hour no matter u have an appointment or walk in.

Dr. Mireille Attalla she is very bad doctor, disrespectful to the patient, she gave a medecin can't be found easily, she even didn't check my daughter chest with excuse of covid even other doctors now they do the checking like before.

Dismal experience. Arrived very early. Waited far too long, and was skipped over multiple times. Ended up leaving without seeing anyone after being told there was yet another person in front of me and another 45min wait.

Terrible current services. I was client over 4 years. In the past the service was very good. Now, I multiple times, days and days. Every call waited over 10'. Only twice were answered. ONE the receptionist answers the phone by saying "Please hold" and keeps me waiting. I had once waited for 30 minutes and finally has to disconnect it since I felt it was useless to keep waiting any further. SECOND the receptionist told No doctors today, No tomorrow, and practically if I don't hurry up, No walking either. When I asked @ the next availability they disconnected the call. I went at the clinic after 3 days calling rude and disinterested attention of the one girl staff at the reception. she told me that I was lying @ calls, every call is answered. For sure, I didn't call properly / answer by in person the same way. - sorry but there is any doctors today, it could be full appt tomorrow, and practically No walking either. When I asked ok. So, I like to book an appt for my son severe fever, big tonsils - lemon size - 3 days calling remember. I was in person with my son's health card. However, her answer was, well if you like to book an appt. You must be doing by call !?. So, practically I was wasting time by call and by in person. The clinic is NOT OFFERING ANY SOLUTION, another dr. Available or minimum common sense response of the staff. If you are reading this. My solution, and my advice is search another clinic as I did.

Dr.Patel went above and beyond for our kids medical report which was needed for our interview. Receptionist at front were also super helpfull Amazing team

This Clinic works ,very strangly,...the whole operation is something I never seen it before,the Clinic has many Doctors,but to see one is totaly difrent scenario,....Most Doctors,don't even work there more dan a 1 or 2 days! Visitors Doctors! ...The sign says accepting New Parents, but only 1 Doctor who works 5 days,and Ofcourse Not taking any Patients. NO one picking up for days,and days‼ On top of it ,there's NO Option's for leaving a message to call back,with the information I am looking for- my Doctors! Fax that was send to my Cardiologist- wasent recived???? Cardiologist Office, trying to obtaining the information, for days didn't succeed it ,... This Clinic operates?‍How we,supposed to retrieve our tests⁉How my Doctor's get the Tests results After 1 week later ,still pending⁉ Totaly ,unacceptable,.... The Health Ministry ,is allowing this services,for huge amounts of $$ cost to our Taxpayers I have been soo stressed out,just because I have needed to see a Doctor ! My Family Doctor was on Holidays 2 weeks No information about this fact on voicemail! After 3 days of leaving messages,...I found out Doctor is on Holidays,... My Cardiologist as well on Holidays, for what looks like a 1 month! No replacement physician's were given! My option's were limited,.. Not really needed or wanted to go to Hospital spending hours and hours in waiting room I opted for Walking Clinic in my area. Honestly,it wasn't good experience for me,... The Receptionists have a way to talk to Patient's, like I am a Child,.. I had appointment for Heart Monitor for Noon ,Rupi was on the speaking for 1h ! Before She took me in,No apology for keeping me waiting,... The space provided for istoling my Heart Monitor was ,.... She isn't set up for this job,it was done very primitive, equipment Herat Monitor iut if plastic Shopping bag! Papers written on Her knee's,... I was really disappointed,...On top of it They known I was exhausted,... I was hungry too ,it was after 1:20 pm when I finished ,it took only 15 minuts to hock up the Monitor. I made sure ,the Receptionist send Faxes to My,Doctors,.. A week later,None information has reached my Doctors ‼⁉‍ Tomorrow is very hot day. I have no car. I have to go over there to Retrive my Reports to take to my Family Doctor, I have appointment, and traveling on Transhelp,... I wonder who's work I have to do now,to be provided with the services that are way beloved Expected,.... in Distress
