Incredibly disorganized. They do not show up for scheduled deliveries or return phone calls. Very hard to speak to an actual person. I would not recommend to anyone.

I have been with NKS for years. They keep contact with my doctors and even once set up coverage from support program when I didn't have insurance while changing jobs. Friendly delivery drivers too!
