Worst experience ever. We had help coming in for my dad with severe dementia. I used to take my mom out for a couple of hours while the caregiver watched my dad. Little did we know that while we were away the caregiver helped herself to about $70,000 worth of my mom’s jewelry. It was reported to Michelle and one the the kind good caregivers also reported the tragic incident. Three years later there has been nothing done about the theft. My moms lifetime of memories and treasures are gone. At first we searched the entire house incase my mom hid them somewhere. As my mom also passed we emptied the entire house and it was definitely stolen. So disgusting as they are there to help with peace of mind for the family. Please watch your belongings as apparently this is quite a common occurrence.

I had a terrible leg wound which was quite serious-from November 3 2022 until February 3 2023 I was a client of the Community Homecare wound clinic at 200 Church street Orders were altered several times and all events transpired without any difficulty Wowza-what a fabulous, dedicated team of Nurses. Everyone was professional and the best standards of care were provided I am truly grateful to everyone on the team led aptly by a very capable Charmaine-Kathryn, Mariam, Punam and Liegi were all incredible and caring You gals rock!! Horrible experience with LHIN Mississauga. My mother is 90 with advanced dementia and my co ordinator takes for ever returning calls and it seems like she is trying everything to stop my mother from going in a nursing home. I thought they were suppose to help with the transmission.

They prioritize “corporate policies” over people’s care. Fairly good at the coordinators level, I guess they do what they can for what they are provided for, but absolutely disgusting management. Probably the worst organization I know.

Worse place to work at horrible and rude buly women that work here i feel sorry for any elderly that they are booking ...

For the last over an year we are trying to get onto “Family-Managed Home Care Program" through the Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network 401 The West Mall Mississauga location; this is a new model for home care delivery for seniors promoted by the Ontario government. My mother's application was approved last year, after that there have been numerous visits by coordinators & Manager; still there is no result - main objective of LHIN coordinators is to keep making visits, create objection after objection on useless and irrelevant matters to make sure nothing moves forward!! This Agency is most mismanaged - a living example of inefficiency, incompetency, and a dis-service to the community - an absolute waste of Tax Payer Money!!

Worst organisation they’ve ever dealt with.
