Travelodge Ottawa East

My room was. A bit small but not bad at all for using as a home base for a trip or just one night like I did. Great friendly staff make the whole visit lovely.

My daughter and I decided to stay in Gloucester last minute and we checked in no problem. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. Room was clean. Temperature was a bit warm but in their defense, it was an unexpected warmer day. We loved the location, we walked to the Tim Hortons next door. Thank you for the great stay.

We were 'lost' in Ottawa after making deliveries in Nepean, Gloucester, and the City of Ottawa. Realizing that we couldn't finish all of the deliveries in one day, we needed a place to stay. Calling Travelodge by Wyndham Ottawa East was the best thing we could have done. Reasonably priced; wonderful check-in staff; close to the Hwy. 417; the rooms were spacious and clean; and, The Broadway Restaurant and Pub was right on site. Amazing staff there, as well, and the food was awesome! Highly recommended.

Rooms are big and tidy. There is 4 pillows on the bed and they are all super comfortable. They have tubs instead of shower stalls which makes it good for young kids and they have a pool.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. While we’ve never done this before, we actually left because we simply couldn’t stay there. The front desk is dark and unwelcoming with a fan that sounds like it’s on its last leg whirring very loudly.nThe smell of the entire place is just horrible; musty and moldy. Our room smelled even worst, almost like an old cigarette smell you can’t get out.nThe walls were disgusting and peeling. The carpets had stains and rips. It just looked old, dirty and unkempt.nAt the very least the staff was kind and didn’t argue giving us a refund and letting us leave.nAbsolutely horrible. I’d give a -10/5 if I could.
