Had to come to Ottawa for work just for overnight. Very impressed with this Hotel. Staff have been incredible, friendly and so helpful. My room a queen and it was lovely clean and bright. After driving 5 hours to get here didn’t feel like going far to eat so I went to the restaurant in the hotel. So glad I did. Dinner last night was delicious chicken Alfredo was the best I have had in a long time. My server - she was the best. Took advantage of the breakfast buffet as well. Good was good and tasty and the service wonderful. Coffee was excellent! Thanks for a great stay!
During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my experience. Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed mold in various areas, which is a serious health concern. The bathroom ceiling was cracked, creating an unappealing and unsafe environment. Furthermore, the hotel had an overall unpleasant smell that made my stay uncomfortable.nnThe service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and offered little assistance or empathy. Additionally, the hotel lacked electric car chargers, a crucial amenity for travelers like me who rely on electric vehicles. When I mentioned this to the staff, they seemed uninterested in addressing the issue.nnOverall, my stay was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to others and hope that management takes these concerns seriously to improve their services and facilities.
We stay here at least twice a year. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we always enjoy a good nights sleep. The service is excellent and the staff are always very helpful and happy. The location is great being only 150m from the St Laurent Mall which is also connected to the light railway and bus services. The Lone Star bar next door is also good for food and drinks. The hotel is good value and so easy to get into downtown. Highly recommended
Firstly, the mattress in my room was of very poor quality. It was uncomfortable and did not provide the necessary support for a good night's sleep. This significantly affected my rest and overall comfort during my stay.nnSecondly, I was disappointed to find that the shower curtains in my bathroom were torn. This not only looked unappealing.nnLastly, I noticed wear and tear under the window in my room. This gave the room an unkempt appearance and detracted from the overall ambiance.nnFurthermore, I am deeply concerned about the lack of response from management after I submitted my initial complaint. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has only added to my frustration.

I can truly vouch for an impeccable service from this property and would encourage people exposed to this review to visit the hotel and have a great experience.
