Not knowing much about the sport, we were a bit lost and confused trying to figure out the right size for our kid’s ball hockey goalie equipments. We had bought some gears in the wrong size so we went in to return them. Parker was the staff that helped us process with the return. He not only answered all of our questions, he also helped us find gears in the right size for our son. His experience and enthusiasm made the whole shopping experience so easy and enjoyable!

Went here few days ago, I did not expect getting all the snowboarding gears. I went there to only look for my snowboard, but ended up getting all the board, bindings, boots and even the helmets.nThe prices here are amazing. Very affordable, not overpriced.nService was excellent, the woman with blond hair, she explained everything about all the gears and kindly helped us for trying the boots. Even though it was me and my boyfriend's first time for buying snowboard, we were completely comfortable for buying all of them. I would highly recommend everyone to visit here who is willing to buy ski/snowboard gears.

Totem sponsored the Mother's Day Mayhem skill competition in Beaumont this year. My Son won their prize which was an amazing $350 custom lacrosse stick. That is above and beyond anything expected for a U13 tournament and we are so appreciative of the gesture. Best place in Edmonton to get used gear. Bought ice skates in the winter and rollerblades today! Update: back the next winter to trade in some boots that were a bit too big and skis that were too long. Got a great set of Solomon skis and boots and am ready to hit the slopes in style. The service center did an absolutely fantastic job fitting the boots to the skis and adjusting them perfectly. I would absolutely recommend them for any repairs or mounts you may need.
