Today I had the opportunity to visit this store and buy a great bike from them at a fairly good price. To be honest, I am not very satisfied with the work of the consultants, because I spent about two hours choosing the bike I needed and none of them asked if I needed their help or advice, and no one approached me, which is not very pleasant. It was impossible not to notice me because I rode the bike with the purpose of testing it and it can be noted that no one made any comments to me, which means that they are not very interested in the safety of their customers directly. And this store received 5 stars from me only because they have very friendly cashiers, Olga, and another cashier, they are real professionals in their work, they were friendly, smiling and eager to help me, because paying for my purchase was a whole quest, at first my phone with the help of which I planned to pay ran out of power, and then the limits of my bank cards did not allow me to pay for purchases, they gladly helped me solve this problem. And all the time they smiled and did not show dissatisfaction, they deserve 1000 stars. Thanks

This Canadian tire is a good size for the community. Smaller selections of items.nWater refill station is out of order as of lately. Garden centre is open, hoping they will get more flowers.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Canadian Tire this morning. I had an appointment scheduled to remove a screw from the back of my car, with an estimated cost of $40-80 as communicated to me previously. Upon arrival, Ahmed provided a new estimate of $200, which was significantly higher than expected. When I requested time to reconsider, Ahmed insisted that I immediately remove my car from the premises, displaying unprofessional behavior and a lack of respect.nnIn contrast, I received exemplary service at Jiffy Lube next door, where despite not having an appointment, the staff assisted me without charge. This experience highlights the need for improvement in customer service standards at Canadian Tire.nnI urge management to address this issue and ensure that future customer interactions are handled with the professionalism and respect that customers deserve.
