Save a trip to this location, customer service is a joke, sales associates try to steer you to the more expensive gear that doesn’t really suit the particular players need. Not everyone needs to have the flashy top of the line name brand items. Their computer system is down so the customer has to do the running around d because the sales guys don’t know what the prices are. Prices are inflated beyond belief, save a trip, go to united cycle. Only good reviews are from friends of the owners, true reviews will be from honest customers.

Wouldn’t recommend this store if you had any other choice. Bought our 7yr a pair of baseball pants and the first wash a seam ripped right in the bum, looked and the seam had no extra thread so being only bought 2 days before we went back to exchange. Talked to a cashier and he looked at the pants and agreed it was due to poor sewing but said nothing he could do because they were worn and not brand new. He wanted us to buy another pair and we were also interested in a bat for our son but I was willing to pay more somewhere else that would stand behind their product. Wouldn’t go back to this store even if they had a closing out sale.

Ordered jerseys here for our slo-pitch team. The jerseys turned out great but it was quite the process to get them ordered. I think if they stream lined the ordering process a little better it would of been a much more pleasant experience.

Went to buy a new bat. Amazing customer service, the guy who worked there took me into the batting cages. He pitched balls for me so I could try the new bat out. Also helped me with my swing by giving pointers on how to hit.

Knowledgeable staff and good variety of ball items sold here but the store sometimes lacks in popular size stock such as shoe sizes or glove size. Gotta get there early or before ball season.

Staff were helpful and let me try out the bats in the cages before purchase. Only wish is that they had more demo bats available but that is a minor detail.

Great staff. However, pitching machine in batting cage broken, no estimate given as to when it would be fixed. Also, no 11" balls womens' tournament balls for batting available.

The ideal place to go for all your baseball or Slo pitch needs. Huge store full of product, from cleets, to gloves, to bats, as everything in-between. They also have training area in the back, for hitting or fielding I believe.

One of the better sports equipment and apparel stores in Edmonton. Good selection and prices on buying bulk team sports aparell, however always delayed on delivery which is a bit frustrating. Some teams would get their trackpants pass the half mark of the season...gotta order early but that dont guarantee delivery on time anyways.

Just bought the 2019 nautalia, costumer service was 5star.. I felt like I could have spent 2 hours talking with them about baseball.. they showed me around the store and I couldn't have asked for better service.. they will see alot of me
