What an amazing experience!! I had such knowledgeable, friendly, patient lady help me pick out the right size undergarments! Her name was Sara I believe she is the manager. Torrid has gained a client for life! I have also been sending all my friends over to Torrid and they too are raving about how amazing they were treated! Thank you!!!!

All the girls are wonderful. Stephanie is awesome. They are so polite and helpful. I always see the girls working and unboxing their shipment. Multitasking on point. After my sour experience at bramela- I'll always return to the square one location. Edit** I need to acknowledge, Linda too. I went into the store, for haute cash and the girls are always working so hard. You immediately feel the positivity and team work. Linda, helped me with my items and also recommended the face masks!!!😁 (Thank you so much Linda, the masks are amazing 😃) Stephanie and Linda truly personalize my experience each time. They truly understand and recognize the true meaning of handling a business and always smiles on their faces. Beautiful souls. Torrid, is so lucky to have them on board. Hire more associates like Linda and Stephanie!!!❤

Loved the store and service. Needed shoes for my daughter and had no luck anywhere. Got 2 pairs from Torrid. Ladies working there are exceptional and very helpful!! We will be back.

Terrible customer service and the 5 star is from Janelle a staff member. That shows you how honest they are. I have never been treated so unkind by any staff.

I used to come here quite often. But never again. The customer service has dropped significantly. Very rude over the phone. They gave me the run around about a dress. Didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. BRAMPTON TORRID HAS MY 100% Business. Torrid Square one was good but now it's horrible. Will never return to this location.
