Wide selection of clothing and shoes. I always find something l like especially nice looking and fitting pants. Service was always friendly and helpful.

The Wed before Christmas my brother#1 purchased a coat - it is a cashmere blend mustard in color with a Hoosier for my other brother #2 for Christmas. Not knowing that one brother#1 purchased this coat for the other, my sister in law purchased the same coat for the same brother#2 for Christmas. Naturally brother #1 has to return his coat. We inquired about the return policy with the store manager, a tall blonde American looking woman with an accent rudely advised, "we need receipt and besides we are not doing returns today, you'll have to come back tomorrow". We advised that we ordered it through her Location and that she rang through the sale... All we wanted to do is get store credit. There was NO One in the store besides another sales associate with both of them standing with there had folded doing nothing ..My sister called the store on Boxing day and inquire about the return policy and was told by a female that we'd only receive store credit and we are fine with that. I understand that retail is a thankless job as brother #1 also works retail but being unprofessional rude and miserable in your job makes me want to warn people about shopping at that store. We left there thinking what a B#/*$.! Christmas was just two days ago! Would not purchase there at that location again where she is at for the unprofessional attitude. If it were her on the other side of the situation I'm sure she'd say what a miserable person too! I will discourage any one wanting to make a purchase there you will not be happy with the service/experience.

Horrible service the one worker who has darker skin was very impolite and disrespectful and knows nothing of customer service very upset and will never be coming back.

The service at Le Chateau (Womens) is horrendous, and management is unprofessional. Will not be going to this location again. My partner and I have never had any issues at the Le Chateau Mens store - staff were friendly, helpful and actually understand what customer service is!
