I had never shopped there until last month, I went in there and I simply loved their stock and customer service was exception. Its hard to find such a combination but its true.. Go feel it your self.

Horrible customer service...all ladies are stuck up. They follow u around yet nobody greets u or says bye. Assistant manager bullied me by calling security and police, forcing me to pay for items that were not stolen as I didn't even leave the store and went as far as touching my credit card in my wallet then laughing and talking about me to security and customers.

Worst customer service. The manager there is terrible. A few weeks ago I bought a pencil skirt from the Oakville location. I shop at RW and Co so often I don't even try things on anymore- I know my size and I just grab it and buy. When I got home I decided that the skirt fit just a bit too tight and wanted to exchange it for a larger size. I took it to the square one location because I was in that area and I must have forgot my receipt at home. When I went in the manager refused to exchange it for one size up- the tags were still on, it was in perfect condition (I only bought it the day before!) and she refused because I didn't have the receipt. I bought a dress (among other items) from Erin Mills at the beginning of February. Again I didn't try it on, just grabbed the items and took them to the cashier. When I got home I realized the dress I bought was very similar to another blue dress I had also recently bought at their store so I decided to take it back and thought I would get a new skirt instead. I was close to Square One today so I thought I would bring it back to that location knowing I had my receipt I didn't think there would be an issue and decided to try that location again after my bad experience. When I went in I gave them the dress and the receipt and the manager refused to return it. She showed me their are deodorant marks on it- which I totally agree there are on it. I explained to her that I have never worn the dress (the tags were still on and she could see it was never taken out of the bag as it was pretty wrinkly). She still refused. I told her that I shop at r w and co all the time, I am not trying to scam anyone. I've never worn the dress and it was obviously sold to me like that because I didn't try it on in the store and I've never taken it out of the bag. Again she refused and accused me of wearing it and trying to return it after. I said, if I had worn it or seen I'd made a mark on it don't you think I would have wiped it off before I tried to return it?!? In the end she refused (even after I called customer service- they said they couldn't do anything that it was up to the manager at Square One which I find crazy that a head office cannot intervene when store managers are being unreasonable). I won't be shopping at your company anymore.
