Bought a coat from here and received lovely service but, when I came back shortly after because I had misplaced my handbag, employees ignored me and kept referring me to other store associates who would say they were busy even though there were almost no customers in the store. Thank god I found my handbag elsewhere and I definitely won’t be shopping here again.

Excellent service, will for sure go back!
As a bigger girl, I had a horrible time trying to find a prom dress. Yesterday I went into Laura's at square one, and had nothing but the best service. She didn't make me feel crappy if they didn't have my size in a certain dress, and even if a dress didn't fit properly she still treated me with dignity unlike other places I had been to.
Not even 30 minutes in the store, we found my perfect dress, and I am still smiling from the service I received. When I was leaving she wished me good luck for my graduation, and gave me a hug.
If I could rate this more then 5 stars I would.

I brought my mom to Laura's to pick out a pair of Jeans. From the start of our time there, the first Sales Rep Anna helps us. She is sticking beside us like a sore thumb, and helping us out. She had to disappear for a second to find us a size, and during that time the second sales rep Dianna, comes and opens the change room up.
In the meantime Anna returns and finishes helping my mom find the jeans she would like. My mom goes up to the cash to check out, and Dianna is there is ring her through. at that moment Anna walks by and says "oh I was helping her, making usre you give me the commision".
At that moment Dianna has a hissy fit, and yells at a completely different sales rep (who was on the phone with customer service) to check us out. This other sales rep had to hang up the phone just to check us out.
Diana goes on to yell at Anna in the back corner. All this is being done in front of us.
I have never seen so much unprofessionalism and bitchiness. Get a real job people, if you are not cut out for people services, then work in the background somewhere!!!!!! If my mom had not found the perfect pair of jeans, we would have walked out and given neither of them commission!!!!!
Sad service here, I suggest going to a different mall where the people work as a team! Disgusting!
