Harry Rosen

I have been to many clothing locations in Toronto/Mississauga, and this Harry Rosen location is by far the best. The sales associates are kind, caring and very friendly. They give the best advice and make sure that one is ready for any occasion. In addition, my experience here has been by far the best that I have had at any location or clothing store in Canada. I will be coming here regularly and continue to be a dedicated Harry Rosen customer. I cannot speak for other customers, but I myself find this to be a great location with excellent staff that are willing to help and guide you through any sort of clothing that you may be looking for.

Nice collection still available after the boxing week. Perhaps they need to review their prices and to make sure all sizes are available. I especially like the colors they have. The shop is in the new extension of Square One Shopping Mall in Mississauga, Ontario. One of the largest in Canada. I think I will see their summer collection in few weeks

Blown away at the level of professionalism and service from Michael P. From day one, he has been welcoming and genuine. At this point, I've bought 4 suits from him and actually try to find excuses to buy more because he makes it such a pleasant experience. Dealing with Michael P doesn't feel like buying - it feels like shopping with your best friend who also just happens to know a lot about high-end fashion. He definitely makes this location stand out from the others I have visited. He takes service to the next level and leaves you feeling glad about your purchase.

Absolutely incredible customer service. From the moment I entered the store, I was treated very well. Michael P. is a fantastic to work with. He takes everything into consideration when helping you. He is incredibly mindful of all factors that go into choosing a suit, and he makes great suggestions for attire. Best customer service I've ever received. All the staff were very helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend this store because the staff are phenomenal.

The first time I came into the store was to purchase a new outfit for a trip to NYC. I was welcomed by the staff, and asked if I needed any assistance. I had 3 associates working with me to put together an outfit. The service was exceptional. I've since come back numerous times, and I'm always warmly welcomed by the staff. I'm not sure where the negative reviews come from but this is hands down one of the top Harry Rosen locations.. I suggest asking for Ray, he will take care of you.
