I love this Sirens because the location is convenient and the staff are always friendly, however their change rooms are the worst I've been in. They are usually dirty, have bad painting/maintenance and very few hooks to hang your clothes on. Thought they would have noticed by now but I went in the other day and it's still the same. Disappointed.

Staff is rude, change rooms are messy, clothes are usually piled up on the table but that is because of customers. The quality of clothes has gone down.

Very bad experience staff is so rude specially manager very rude don't know how to upsale I'm going in this store from last 8 years but this new staff I m very hurt the way manager talk to me very rude Siren should hire polite and people who know how to talk and update if u ask the staff plz can u help me to find the size they will tel u to find it by yourself seriously it's ridiculous.

Very bad experience. I went with my wife and bought a denim for her. It was in the 40% off section. When i took it to the counter she billed it with a higher price and when I asked her, she told that it's only 20% off. She was saying as though i saw it wrong and even when i told that it was under 40% off section she told that it is 20% off and she billed it. So after that i went to the section again to check and it was 40%. So I went back and told her that I wanted to return it and she said that she cannot give cash back. And moreover the way she responded was very bad, she just another girl to proceed with the return. Btw i was so polite. The other girl also said that she cannot give a cash back. She gave a gift card. I had to spend 35$ because of the mistake of them and not mine. I will never go to this store again. Poor rules, poor service and the girl who worked there don't know how to treat customers..
