For a department store, it doesn't feel like that! Each corner has their own flare and style and feels very unique. It's very well spaced out and their styles are all very reasonable. Home, women's clothing on the lower floor, men's upstairs with the bathrooms up stairs for access. Nice convenient waiting spot upstairs as well if you want to sit and wait on people. Everything is nice and organized/tidy as well. Store is very well lit and doesn't feel overwhelming at all. Staff are very knowledgeable in their section and gives great recommendations! You can also order to the store for pick-up as well!

This is a lovely store with lots of natural light, friendly staff and a soothing energy. My favorite department by far is the home linens section which has unique items such as a beautiful coated tablecloth from Spain. Staff are helpful and friendly without imposing on you, giving you space to mill about. There is a good range of pricepoints with something for every budget without sacrificing quality.

I love this store. They have a wide variety of clothes for men and women. I also find the sale items to be very reasonably priced and great value. The designer wear and selected fashions are unique and usually exemplary quality

I love Simon’s for their unique fashions and home goods, however today’s experience left me feeling really dissapointed. I live in Toronto so it’s a journey to get to Square One, and I mainly made the trip to go to Simon’s and look at home stuff for my new apartment. I planned for Simon’s to be my last stop as I was sure I would be buying bulkier/heavier items, and thus did not want to carry it all around the mall.nnI did not however realize that the store closes two hours before the rest of the mall. I got to the store around 6:30 and started picking up some items to try on in the fitting room. Then before I know it an employee is telling me they are closed. CLOSED? I understand that it’s my bad for not checking the hours before-hand, but I passed by many employees in the store, none of whom greeted me, asked if I wanted a fitting room, or more importantly told me that the store was closing in half an hour. It’s pretty customary to announce a stores closure 15 minutes beforehand, however, I didn’t hear anything announced. This is really something that should be implemented if your hours are different than the mall and change 3 times throughout the week
