Toronto Police 33 Divsion

Called for some help regarding an incident I had with a person looking at my trucks at my office which is right next to the police station on the same street!!!!! (Upjohn) . Female officer answers the phone and just rudely transfers me to communications where she told me I should be speaking to the other person at the same Division which my intended call was just for them to send out a crew quick so they can get the person! I was waiting on the phone for more than 12 mins This was crazy, I was very sad and surprised for getting no service whats so ever!! after waiting all this time i called back and I asked to speak to the Supervisor. He came on the phone after a few minutes he was talkative but very cold. Taxpayer getting a feeling these people relate to the community in an antisocial manner. Makes me feel like if they need tips I would not be inclined to help them. No class and they should know they work for the community they service.

I have lived in this division for 32 years and have always found the police officers to be friendly and professional. I still have fond memories of Officer Dawn during his many community visits to my elementary school. On one occasion he taught us how to ride our bicycles safely. We also had a female officer visit our school to tell us about her experiences in breaking the gender barrier. It is wonderful to see the ethnic diversity of the community represented in this division. Thank you all for your service and know that the community does appreciate your hard work; especially during the winter storm last year when many of you were helping vehicles that were stuck!
