I came here to renew my health card and make a photo ID card. I had made an appointment the week prior online - I highly recommend you do this because I literally came in, and right after I was given a number, I was called up. I didn't have to sit down and wait at all. I was done and out of the center within 8 minutes. It was the best and fastest service I've ever experienced.

Had an appointment today and the service was so fast. I went to make my health card and in less than 30min I could go home. The guy that gave me the number to be called was very attentive and the guy that made my card was nice and friendly! Had a great experience there! Thank you

I’ve visited several Service Ontario branches in Toronto, and this one is my preferred option. The queue system here works reasonably well, and since it’s located inside a spacious building, it can accommodate a large number of people comfortably. This is a big improvement over smaller branches where space is limited, and the line often extends onto the street. While the queue isn’t perfect, the overall experience is much better compared to other locations. If you want to avoid the typical hassle of long waits and cramped conditions, this branch is a good choice.

Wow, dropped in to renew my health card and whole process from walking in to walking out took about 10-15 mins! Super friendly staff at this location. Making this my go-to SO location now
