Toronto Police Service - 32 Division

I don't know why everybody here is complaining.. Let me speak to you from personal experience. Arrest #1 I was driven in the back of a squad car, and to be frank much more comfortable than some Ubers I've taken, to the station. I got kindly ushered through this garage with a giant sign saying I was going to be recorded. Followed by a lovely tour of the police station then directed into a spacious room with two wonderful marble benches on the left side of the room. A window at the far end of the room overlooking into beautiful Toronto. There was a toilet on the right side of the room. Completely clean. I could have ate off it. When my name was called up, I said my tearful goodbyes to my brief roommates. Almost like the camaraderie you form at a hostel in eastern Europe. I had no complaints. The officers were courteous and suggested I try the wine tour next year. Arrest #2 This time while conversing with the officers in the squad car, I was engrossed in our delightful conversation that we arrived at the station in no time at all. Again, we went through the garage, I was able to view other areas of the police station. It is actually quite interesting seeing them work. They walk around the halls and shuffle their papers around just like us. This time, I was delighted to be upgraded to a more cozy and private room. They asked I take off my shoes and belt before going into the room. I understand this to be a custom in Asian cultures. Who am I to say no to new experiences. It was a bit cold, but the officer assured me they would turn up the temperature once I confessed. There are several more experiences I had with 32 division, but I can't talk all day. I highly recommend this location. This police station and its officers are upstanding members of our community in North York and I stand by them.

completely agree with one of the previous review about that Asian officer. Seriously, we come to the station to get help, you are to serve the citizens, not to give people attitudes, threatening people and jump to a conclusion, that is not ur job. The other officer that answer the phone is much nicer, and willing to listen. Havent had a chance to deal with other officers in the station, but definitely this is one of the worst station in Toronto.

North york is not save at all and we don’t know why they don’t hire more police, so many robbery and car thievery is happening in this location. So many abnormal homeless are making this location so dirty, they even popped near the trees, brake the garbage bins and I just don’t know why they don’t hire more police. Hopefully they care a little bit.

Police are supposed to be at service of the citizens, yet this cop I encountered today at the station was terribly rude and arrogan. Knowing nothing of the sutuation and yet talk with so much pride. Did not give me a chance to talk and already jumped into conclusion. I see many previous complains about this guy, so why is he not fired yet? Clearly he hates his job so much he's venting on everyone. We came for help, not to take his attitude.

Now I understand why this station is rated so low on google. Very unpleasant experience with the Asian male staffas he mentioned he is not an officer in dark blue/black uniform in the station. He is very rude, bossy, quick to interrupt and don't really care what I was going to say. Very difficult to communicate with him and was not helping at all. The operators who take call for emergency were much more friendly.

I was a little worried about the reviews but I decided to report my incident anyways…but it turned out the officer who answered my call was helpful and gave me tips and seemed to genuinely care about my issue, even though it was a suspicious incident I encountered and not anything serious at this moment. I still have to call the main police division operator at the non-emergency line but I felt quite assured.

Been arrested many times but this is the first time I've been treated innocent till proven guilty. Basically officers were just doing their job and I was at wrong place at the wrong time.. Not proud of my charges but it's only right to give an honest review to Real public servants. Thanks for miminzing my ptsd from previous police forces. No excessive force, no rights violated

They were so nice and gentle when I was handcuffed by two police officer, and their vehicles are incredibly roomy. Smoothing driving and very friendly to open the door for me to get out of the car. Overall, they are amazing! Love to be arrested by those officer again for sureThe most unforgettable thing isThere was one officer teach me to be quiet to drive in yf. Just like my dad

I would give them 0 star. This police officers are the worst. They don't wanna work. The police came and they didn't do anything. They are feeding on our money we should defund them

I called the non-emergency number tonight to report a very disturbing piece of hate graffiti found on my street and within minutes, 3 officers arrived to attend to the situation. Even though the police station is just across the street, I expected them to not attend to the situation for quite a while but they arrived promptly. I appreciate that the hate crime was responded to promptly as I was very disturbed but the graffiti I saw. They informed me it would be covered up promptly. Thank you for your work.
