This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had in my life over a ticket. For two weeks straight I tried to call and pay my ticket and I finally had to go to the physical location because they are ALWAYS busy, I try calling in the mornings and still busy, it's like they just send you to voicemail by default, absolutely unbelievable our tax dollars are funding this. The public deserves so much better than this

Very unprofessional and rude customer service. I booked wedding chamber there, I have never been there before and don't know how their system works. So I called them to know more about rules and regulations and other stuff. The customer service representative was not in the mood to answer anything. Being very arrogant she asked me to Go to website to get my answers. I asked her few questions and she made me feel like if I am a fool and don't know anything. She wasn't even ready to understand what I was trying to ask. They should have some politeness towards the people who paid a lot for their events.

This review is for the security staff who keep the parents waiting for 10-15 minutes prior to simply pressng a little button to open the gate to allow parents to pick up their tiny little children from daycare. Hello security people, are you going to pay for aftercare if we are late to get our children?nnThe security staff here are lazy and the gate situation is a nightmare more often than it should be. I get it that you work for the government and so your work life isn't fast paced. But most of us don't. Let us pick up our children!

Unfortunately, this place is run without order. Maybe it is to do with obnoxious people cutting in line to ask long questions or finding ways to get out of tough spots. However, the process of calling tickets is beyond my head as they call over ten people entering the facility after we arrived with our ticket.nnI politely asked if there was only one window calling our tickets, but the counter service let me know that all the windows can deal with it. Until the end, I was only called upon serving fourteen other people who came to the waiting area after me.nnRegardless, many windows being closed during high time could be the factor contributing the lateness in providing service.
