I am so grateful for the experience I had here. I got a red camera ticket 2 years ago, I filed for dispute and re-opening was approved. Last time when I visited there, they spoke politely and today when I went to meet “judge” for my ticket, he withdraw my ticket. I was so happy and I went there to explain my side. Thank you to the judge who withdraw my ticket. Security sir and madam was nice too. Thank you for service!!

It's a nicely constructed structure but lack of information center. You need to be in the queue to find out exactly you have to go for your traffic tickets!nnActually this is the common problem with most of the Government Buildings! I don't understand this.nnThey need to pay for at least one person extra to serve the population or o them who are coming for the first time.

This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had in my life over a ticket. For two weeks straight I tried to call and pay my ticket and I finally had to go to the physical location because they are ALWAYS busy, I try calling in the mornings and still busy, it's like they just send you to voicemail by default, absolutely unbelievable our tax dollars are funding this. The public deserves so much better than this

Timing is 9-5 but when reached @ 4.40 they were close .

Very unprofessional and rude customer service. I booked wedding chamber there, I have never been there before and don't know how their system works. So I called them to know more about rules and regulations and other stuff. The customer service representative was not in the mood to answer anything. Being very arrogant she asked me to Go to website to get my answers. I asked her few questions and she made me feel like if I am a fool and don't know anything. She wasn't even ready to understand what I was trying to ask. They should have some politeness towards the people who paid a lot for their events.
