Absolutely fantastic experience. Will keep coming back here every time. Keys to success - greet people with a smile, say please and thank you, show up early and know what services are available.nnThis location is inside a Staples so you're not waiting outside or in a cramped office. Well set up in the back corner. In and out in 15 minutes, after showing up 15 minutes before they opened. Best experience of any Service Ontario location.
Fantastic experience this morning. Ramandeep was friendly and helpful this morning while giving out tickets for your needs at this ServiceOntario.nnI forgot the name of the manager, but she was very helpful and informative as well. There was a small minor error on one of my documents, and she fixed it within the minute.nnI was in and out within 45 minutes after renewal for 2 of my IDS. Make sure to come early as the lineup was already forming when I arrived this morning at 8:45.nnThis ServiceOntario is inside of a Staples!!
Totally unacceptable service.nWe waited over 3 hours just for one ticket. They didn’t follow the serial order at all. We clearly saw our number had been called, but they skipped us and called others instead. Completely disorganized and frustrating experience.
I recently visited Service Ontario to renew my health card after getting my bridge open work permit. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'd like to give it a 4-star rating .nn The token system is efficient, but it took about an hour for my turn.nn The location is inside the Samples store, which is convenient and easy to find.nn They are open on Saturdays, which is great for those who can't visit during the week.nn The staff were very friendly and helpful. Michael assisted me, and he was polite and courteous throughout the process. He finish the documents verification in 5 minutes and renewed my healthcardnnOverall, despite the wait, the convenient location, friendly staff, and Saturday hours make this Service Ontario location a solid choice for working professional.
This service ontario is inside staples. Service is good. Even though wait time is always long wherever you will go but the plus point for this branch is, you can roam around the staples while waiting for your turn.
