I recently visited Service Ontario to renew my health card after getting my bridge open work permit. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'd like to give it a 4-star rating .nn The token system is efficient, but it took about an hour for my turn.nn The location is inside the Samples store, which is convenient and easy to find.nn They are open on Saturdays, which is great for those who can't visit during the week.nn The staff were very friendly and helpful. Michael assisted me, and he was polite and courteous throughout the process. He finish the documents verification in 5 minutes and renewed my healthcardnnOverall, despite the wait, the convenient location, friendly staff, and Saturday hours make this Service Ontario location a solid choice for working professional.
Excellent service. I pre booked my appointment, so they called my number exactly on time. There are few sitting arrangements. All types of forms, pens & boards are available there. The girl that help me was devanshi probably, i forgot name. She gave a excellent service to me. They also accept softcopy of documents. The service centre is inside the staples with around 5/6 cubes for service. There's a kiosk machine, where you need to up DOB.
They are pretty fast, and there are many chairs available to sit in. You can walk inside a Staples and have fun.
Had an appointment at 12.30pm, was serviced exactly on time. Micheal was really courteous.nnThe location is inside the Staples store,
Since there is no option for 0 stars, I have to give one star. Terrible service, waited 1.5 hours, only 2 counters were open and about 40 people waiting occupying chairs from Staples showroom. There was not even enough seats for people and there were some elderly people without seats who had to stand. When I finally got to the counter aster 1.5 hours ,the service man did not even say hello nor even asked why I am there or greeted me with how may I help you, but was sitting in his chair laid back not even acknowledging my presence totally silent. Did not even say what documents he needed or asked for anything.At the end he did not even say thank you and good bye. This is very bad customer service and managers of this location should look at this review. My waiting ticket was D020 on January 13th/25 at around 12:30am so you can look up who was working there. This person should work in the warehouse, far from dealing with customers, as he has no customer service skills. There are many other people needing a job who would be much better fulfilled this position and could make this experience milch more pleasant. I hope this review helps this Service location improve their business and employ more vigilant and proactive agents.
