This Service Ontario location has the most rude and unhelpful staff that I have ever come across in any office setting. I will travel anywhere to avoid going there. I would not recommend that anyone use their services. I would recommend that they hire staff that enjoy their work and take pleasure in dealing with the public. I have been there 3 times and have never had a helpful experience.

I tried to do my renewal online an couldn't. This location has been quite busy in the past, but not this time. I went at 10:30am on a Friday, there was no line at all, just one other person who was being served. Total time there was maybe 4 minutes. I'm so happy (this time)

Possibly the worst service Ontario location in Ontario or in Toronto for sure. I would rate zero stars actually. No wonder why all these people wrote these reviews.. This place should not even exist if they are going to treat people like that. All the workers have very bad attitudes and very minimal knowledge. Long wait and slow process because they are not trained properly. Please avoid this place if you can. It truly made me wonder how these people get paid for doing so poor job. Is it because government jobs can't be fired? They should just shut down this place and fire all these people. Absolutely worst experience!

This is the most terrible service Ontario that I have ever visit. I will definitely never go back to them even though they are closest to me. The employees are not helpful and very rude especially the Asian female associate. They find ways to not to help you. This place should shut down and all employees should be terminated. They are like we don't talk to OMVIC are you f****** serious? They have no clue and no knowledge on what they are doing at all.

The worst! Long lines. Dirty room. Little air. Poor service. Just a place to get frustrated and get high blood pressure. Waited over an hour, hadn't yet reached the front of the line when everyone was told that the photo system was down. Any renewals of health cards or driver's licenses won't be processed. Why are there only 3 people at the desk? Why have such poor service? Why are people waiting over an hour? Why have such a long line that it goes out the door? What are my taxes paying for? Never been to this location and gotten though in less than 30 mins. But this time was the worst. Not going back even if this location is the closest one to my home. What a waste of a Saturday morning!
