The purchasing process was very simple and all the information was clear from the beginning. There were no surprises regarding price changes when the car was delivered to us.
Very much thanks to Daniel for his advice and taking us for a test drive. It was really nice to talk to him. However, I will never forget the worst experience with the new employee Zubeir for his unsolicited advice and pushing me to co-sign my brother’s car loan application- just to sell a new or used car! I think he was not giving suggestion and kept on pushing me and my husband in-front of my brother with his personal family examples! I hope this never happens to any customer!
Usually, i dont post such negative reviews but am doing in this case as it was the Worst customer experience ever. Booked a Kia Niro PHEV with an initial promise of delivery in 4-6months. But till 9 months, no vehicle was delivered. Infact my position in the waitlist didn't move-up any places in last 4months. To add that, my sales associate was changed three times. The new sales associate didn't call back for weeks all together. There was no response to an email follow-up. Lastly, the dealership made me wait for 45 mins to cancel my order, which was a 2-minute task.nnI bought the same car for which I was waiting for 9 months in 2 weeks from another dealership. :
I recently got my Kia Forte EX from Toronto Kia. I was very hesitant at first but Zaid Ansari really took great care of me. He showcased utmost professionalism and added a personal touch to cater our requirement. He helped in getting the numbers right that suited our budget. He was prompt, responsive, smart and He is still in touch after the deal is done for our basic queries. Thank You Kia, looking for a long term relation with this store. Thanks.
