I came here last month when I visited Toronto. This is the first time I visited a Tesla centre accompanying someone. The cars look so cool and brand new. All the cars are meant to be delivered to the customers. The showroom is so big that it stores quite a number of cars inside.
The Tesla purchasing experience was absolutely top notch, simple, and hassle-free. From checking in to my pick up appointment, to the final sign offs and delivery of my vehicle - no other brand/dealership has made it this easy! Super impressed. Tesla has truly made car-ownership a fluid and easy process. The staff at the North York location were incredible, knowledgeable, and courteous. The car itself was of course amazing, but the service added great peace of mind. Legacy brands should take lessons fromnTesla on how to make purchasing hassle free! Kudos !
This was my first visit to this Tesla showroom or any Tesla showroom, really. I had a great experience. The salesman Shaharouk greeted us as soon as we walked in and was very knowledgeable and informant. He wasn’t pushy at all, answered all our questions, let us take a car for a test drive, and helped us pick our favourite vehicle.
Picked up my Tesla Model 3 from this location and the staff are really friendly and explained to me how to use the car before driving home. All I can say is the people working here along with the premium high performance of the car made my day. Highly recommend buying a Tesla!!
Amazing!!! JESS our sales girl amazing! She was able to help with every little thing, she is understanding, caring and polite. Very easy process. She will help you if you are honest with her. The dealership in general is great, everything is places accordingly. At the pick up, NEAL was awesome! He was able to get us the answers needed from all our inquires. He knows his stuff and he is funny. We all had a great time! This experience was special regarding car sales and dealership interaction. Never better. Once again great people working there!!
