Purchased a 2025 CX-30 from Fatima a few months back and I have to say it’s been the best experience I’ve had compared to other dealerships. She really took the time to understand my needs and kept contact through out the whole process. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends and family and make sure to return to her when my lease ends and get into a CX-50!

I am frustrated regarding an ongoing issue with my 2023 Mazda CX-30, which remains unresolved despite multiple service visits to Gyro Mazda.nnFor some time now, my vehicle has been making intermittent squeaking noises from the steering and brake pedal. I have brought the car in on several occasions to have this issue diagnosed and resolved, but each time, I was told that everything is functioning “normally” and no issues could be found. On one visit, Gygo service team suggested performing a brake service to remove rust, implying this might be the source of the noise. I agreed and had the brake service completed—however, the noise persisted. I am understand that problem is on and off, so I took the initiative to record the issue when it occurred, so I could provide clear evidence during my next visit.nnOn July 8, I returned to Gyro Mazda for a scheduled oil change and once again brought up the issue. I showed the service team a video recording of the noise, which had been captured just recently. Although the noise did not occur during a short test drive, I made it clear that the issue comes and goes.nnAfter the oil change was completed, as soon as I retrieved my vehicle, the brake pedal noise immediately returned. I promptly went back inside to notify the technician and requested they inspect the vehicle again. However, the technician dismissed the noise as “normal” and stated that “all cars are like that.” When I asked him to show me an example, he brought me to the showroom to inspect other models. None of the showroom vehicles exhibited the same noise, yet he continued to insist the issue is “normal” and abruptly walked away.nnAttached is the video I recorded at 2:35 PM on July 8, just after the oil change, clearly capturing the exact issue I’ve been repeatedly reporting.
