On June 27, 2025, I brought my Honda Civic to Midtown Honda for brake pad and rotor replacement. As usual, they took a video of the car before service to record any existing scratches or dents which I believe is a necessary and professional step.nnLater that day, just 10 minutes before closing, I was told my car was ready, so I went to pick it up. I thanked them and drove off. Two minutes later, I got out to check the car and noticed a dent on the driver-side door something that was definitely not there before. No one mentioned it, and if I hadn’t noticed, they clearly wouldn’t have told me.nnIt’s incredibly unprofessional and unethical to damage a customer’s car and not say anything. This is a service that itemizes and charges for every little thing yet somehow they “forgot” to mention a dent they caused?nnI immediately turned around and went back to the service center. I pointed out the dent and asked them to pull up the video they had taken earlier. The staff member told me that dents and scratches don’t always show up in the video. When I asked what the point of filming the car was, he had no answer. Eventually, he admitted the damage was their fault and assured me they would fix it.nnThey scheduled a repair for a week later, and they did fix the dent but when I got the car back, there was now a scratch on another part of the car. They offered to polish it out while I waited, but at this point, it felt like a joke. I’ve never seen such careless service.nnI spent nearly $1800 and they didn’t even bother to wash the car afterwards. I strongly recommend avoiding this service department altogether. If you absolutely must use them, make sure to thoroughly inspect your car afterward because if they damage it, they won’t tell you.

Hands down has to be the most honest dealership I've ever found. Extremely professional and great communication from the staff. The salesman Danny that ran the deal when I bought the truck was amazing very pleasant and honest. Found the truck online, it didn't have any pictures on the ad so I called them up asked a few questions and asked for them to send me some pictures. Danny was very prompt on getting pictures sent to me. I went up and looked at the truck the next day. As it was an as is deal for the truck he gave me lots of time to check over the truck and make sure it would be good for what I was looking for. Was happy with the truck so started the deal, Danny got all the paperwork started and was very happy with everything so I signed the deal and put a deposit down on the truck. An hour and a half later I get a call from Danny informing me they were dropping the price even lower as they had been so busy they hadn't had a chance to lower the price on the ad but still wanted to honor the price drop even after the deal was done.nWill recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out. They have hands down won my business for years to come and for me to recommend them over and over again
