I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the whole thing. Saw a good car at a good price, applied, approved, provided insurance and signed contract. Few days later they delivered. Car was in better shape than I hoped, even included a replacement charger since its a plug in hybrid. Car was clean, new wipers, tires and oil change. Axel was great, he delivered my car and took great care of it, very happy with him and the whole experience. A+
