Marc helped us get our very first car! He was kind, courteous, and attentive to our needs. Listened to us to get a better understanding of what we wanted and overall a pleasure to work with! Finance manager Sasha was very kind as well!
At first, we were just browsing and looking for an option, because we’re planning to upgrade our civic. I went online to see if we could apply with our car choice. When we got to the location, Marc was the one who helped us. He showed us all the options, he explained the differences of each cars and their features, and all of the packages that the Honda offers. I am not a car person, my partner is, and I don’t know anything about car. Marc explained everything thoroughly, and we’re hooked. During the process, the biweekly payment was a bit too much for us, but Kajan found a way for us to get the car and gave us another option that we could afford. We requested the specific package the mat and cargo tray, but we couldn’t afford another extra payment, Marc mentioned it to Kajan that we really wanted the mats and the tray, and to our surprise it’s in the car!! We couldn’t thank both Marc and Kajan enough for making this possible. This is our first big purchase together. And we appreciate all the help and nonstop support keeping us updated, all the way starting from the beginning until we got our car. Thank you again Marc, Kajan and Parkway Honda family!!
