This is our home dealership and we are never disappointed. We have been going here since they opened and everything from the staff to the service to the facilities are always top notch. Navin continues to go above and beyond in caring for our needs and treats us like family. Lydia and the front desk team are always warm and welcoming and Alain, Leslie and everyone in sales is amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. They’ve certainly set a bar for dealerships that goes beyond just selling / buying and into enhancing the whole ownership experience. Graham has a true winning team there and we are grateful for the relationships.

I am not used to write reviews but I cannot not share the service and support I got with my recent purchase at Porsche centre North Toronto.nIt started with Victor which guide me with patience and attention of my needs. I changed my options a couple of time and we were able to have honest exchanges to be sure I was taking the right decision.nWhen it has been the time to fix the financial part, Vivian made it great. Proposing different options for extended guarantees but with no pressure.nAnd at the end, the cherry on the Sunday was the smiley Khalil which was great to explain patiently all the car equipments and functionality.nTo me, buying my Porsche was a dream and the purchase experience could have not been better.nThanks again to the team 3 and to complete, the car is unbelievable. I love the car and I received thumbs up every time I drive it. A Porsche is a Porsche. They are not cheap but you don’t regret. This is a treat.nThanks very much to all of you guys.nMarc from Ottawa

I bought this lovely Macan in 2019 from this location. The mileage is 68000 as shown in the picture.nThe passenger side door handle started to crack couple years ago.nThen the driver side, next is the back of driver side.nRecently I saw the sign of cracking from the back of passenger side.nSo I contacted the service department, the gentleman seems very kind, but never gets back to me. I called him a week later from the first time I contacted him. He told me he will get back to me by the next morning. It's again a week passed and he didn't contact me.nnDid anyone who bought Porsche ever experienced this problem? Or even the cars you drove before. This car is only 5 years old and the mileage is so low. I just don't get why the handles are cracking .nnI used to think the service in this location is quick good, but why not this time? I feel I'm being neglected .nnVery bad experience.

As a first time Porsche owner, the whole process was an excellent experience with the guidance of Leslie Wong. Leslie provided great advice in a pressure free environment. I felt like I was in good hands and would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a Porsche. As for the Macan, I've driven it for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. With such a positive initial experience, I am likely to be a repeat customer at Porsche Centre North Toronto for my next purchase.

Amazing experience from first email contact up to the delivery of our car. Great staff! Victor is a great salesman but also a great guy! Vivian took care of the paperwork and it’s been a real pleasure.nWe came from Montreal and I can assure you I won’t hesitate to drive to Toronto next time I buy a Porsche.
