Coming to the end of a lease on my Bronco Sport, I found myself wanting to try a new car brand. I looked into a number of makes and models before giving Avenue Nissan a shot. I walked into the showroom and started looking around. I was given some time to look around without being bombarded by staff, which was nice for once! After checking out a few cars, Jimmy introduced himself and started asking all the important questions about what I'm looking for. To my luck, the 2024 Rogues had just started to arrive. Because the car I had my eye on Platinum had just arrived that same day, it was not ready for a test drive just yet, but a very similar model with the same engine was available to take for a ride. Jimmy did an awesome job of explaining all the features of the car. He clearly knows the products! I loved the drive and I was greatly considering the car at this point. While I was unable to drive the model I would want, as it was still covered in plastic coming right off the delivery truck, Jimmy was able to bring the car out of the garage for me to look at and check out inside. I loved the enhancements Nissan made on the 2024 model, and at that point, I wanted to make a deal on the car. Because I was returning my Ford a little early, Jimmy and Warren made some magic happen and they were able to take care of the remainder of my lease so I could get into my new Rogue just days later! These guys went above and beyond. Once the deal was in place, I was directed to Jay who went over all the additional coverage options and more. He too clearly knows his stuff. At the time of pickup, just two days after signing the lease, everything was ready to go. Between Jimmy, Warren, Jay, and the rest of the super-kind, not-pushy, and knowledgable team, I could not be happier with their service thus far. I'm loving the car, and knowing that the dealership is easy to get to from anywhere, makes me very happy in case I need anything. Anthony at the service department is also terrific. I haven't had this nice of an experience with a car dealership in years. I am so thankful to Jimmy and the rest of their team!
When I was searching to replace my current SUV I must have looked at 20+ vehicles. From Ford to Volkswagen, all the dealerships had their sales tactics to get you into one of their vehicles. All the SUV’s had similar features that were checked off my list, however when I reached out to Michael from Avenue Nissan in Toronto, I immediately felt a comfortable and confident connection. Michael’s approach was not overwhelming, and he was very understanding to my my needs and wants. We sat down and discussed all the different options available, and he recommended and suggested all items that were within my super strict budget. Michael's knowledge of the vehicle was by far the most detailed and comprehensive. He demonstrated his proficiency when explaining all the functions, features, buttons and overlooked options pertaining to the vehicle. After all my needs and wants were met, we signed the deal that was right for me and my family. For me, I didn’t feel that I purchased a new vehicle from Nissan , I felt that I purchased a new vehicle from my friend, Michael. My new Pathfinder in Deep Ocean Blue with the RARE light grey leather interior with all the safety features, extended warranty, Bose sound system , 20” wheels and the dark custom tints and the overall look of the vehicle were beyond what I could have wished for. Amazing experience from the entire avenue nissan team. Very welcoming and understanding. I had an issue that i brought up and they made me feel understood and heard.Long story short .these guys just want you to drive away with your new car fully content and happy with all sincerity. Jay, warren and michael were all amazing through out the whole process.
Got myself a 2019 Nissan Rogue S FWD,n- Special Edition and I am extremely satisfied with my first car. Michael Greene - the star salesman who helped me at Avenue Nissan - ensured that I had everything I needed, to make an informed decision!
