Just picked our 2024 car and wow. Alex was so informative, knew his product well. The questions we asked he answered promptly. When I had to meet up with him he was always on time and available. My local Subaru dealer. They always provide exceptional service. They allow customers to bring in their own oil for an oil change. Reasonable pricing and good customer support. Matthew from parts helped me order a clip I broke and it arrived within 2 days! Thanks guys.
I recently had a HORRIBLE experience at Scarboro Subaru. The salesman was so rude and when we walked in no one greeted us, and it was clear our business is not valued. The salesman also made up a lot insane lies, this kind of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.nnWhen we tried to discuss the calculations for a 2021 Crosstrek, salesman blatantly disagreed with us without providing any clear explanation. The salesman first gave us a verbal offer for our tradein after his appraisal, which we liked, but he later changed it to a much lower value on paper. When confronted, he said there are a lot of examples of my cars available for sale at other dealerships for lower prices brand new. but after I checked his claim there was only 1 example available in the entire GTA, and at a higher price too. He also lied about the insurance costs of a brand new competition car, claiming my payments would be half the cost with a Crosstrek than the competition car. After checking with my insurance provider, I found out the actual cost was nearly 60% lower than what he claimed and even cheaper than the crosstrek insurance. To top it off, the biweekly payment quote he gave us for the Crosstrek was inexplicably higher than the payments for on the Subaru website, but he didn’t even bother to go into the details with us.nnI always liked Subaru cars but man I hate the process of purchasing one at this place.
I have been taking my 2020 Outback for service here and I could not be more happy. they are really professional, detail and efficient.nI was there yesterday for my 40,000 km service. Parts department is awesome as well. I have purchased a few accessories for my car they're always super polite and very friendly. I'll continue to take my car for service here.
