“Disappointed with the Sales Experience”nnI recently visited this dealership to explore the Subaru Ascent, a vehicle I was genuinely interested in. The car itself was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for in a family vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales team did not match the quality of the car.nnThe salesperson handed me the key to check out the car but showed little interest in assisting further—no walk-through, no explanation of the car’s features, and no effort to guide me through the experience. Although they offered a test drive, they didn’t accompany me, which made the process feel impersonal and unengaged.nnWhat stood out most was the impression that the salesperson assumed I was there just to bargain and not seriously interested in purchasing. This kind of presumption felt dismissive and unprofessional. As I was leaving the dealership, I overheard the salesperson talking with a colleague in Chinese. While I didn’t understand the content of the conversation, it felt inappropriate and unprofessional, as it gave the impression they were discussing me or my visit without addressing me directly.nnBuying a car is a significant decision, and I expected a more respectful, engaging, and welcoming approach. Unfortunately, the lack of interest, enthusiasm, and professionalism from the staff made me feel undervalued as a potential customer, which ultimately led me to leave the dealership.nnI strongly encourage the dealership to train their staff to treat every customer as a serious buyer, free of judgment or assumptions, and to focus on providing attentive, courteous service. A positive and professional attitude goes a long way in building trust and securing business.

Just visited this dealership as I'm in the market for a new car. Their cars feel so good! Japanese quality, not a boring interior, AWD, simple reliable engine, great fit and finish, high safety ratings. I think, it's just perfect for any family that lives in the city and doesn't drive that much.nI'll definitely be back once my 2010 Mazda gives up.

I just got my first Subaru Forester today, I like the overall experience of this dealership, I talked with Mr Bo Ma, everything straightforward and on the table, he seems a Subaru expert who spent almost 3 hours with me to help me decide which trim is better and introduce best promo for my scenario, tbh I appreciate his service and patience, since my car is just sit in inventory, it took less than 1 week for me to finish all process, it is a great experience.

Brought my 2019 Subaru WRX to Scarboro Subaru where I actually bought it from brand new, off the hop from purchasing the vehicle I had a great experience! But this review is to express how grateful and appreciative I am for the service department, from oil changes to services and warranty claims Kareem and his guys always pull through for me and ensured I was always given the best costumer service experience! On multiple occasions they’ve left me leaving that service department with a smile, to name a few I had a rattling sound coming from my rear brakes and I thought I was going crazy because of course when I’d bring it in the sound would magically disappear… but the guys there didn’t give up and took me for a drive where I can try and help duplicate the sound which thankfully we were able to do and rectify the issue with 0 issues! Reason why I’m beyond happy with that experience is because most places would just send you home but not the boys at Subaru! They really know how to take care of their car guy customers!! Even as far as Kareem dropping off my car at my home because he knew how particular I can be with my baby! Honestly when do you hear that the manager will deliver a customers car to ensure their satisfaction?! Never heard of that before! So this review is to shout out the service department and of course sharing love to the sales department! Keep doing what you’re doing and thank you again for an amazing and continuing customers service experience!!
