Tim Hortons

We went into the drive through with two cars ahead of us. The employee taking our order didn't seem to understand us, and we had to repeat our order four times for her to understand. Finally, when the right order appeared on the screen, we drove through to the line of two cars ahead up us. We proceeded to sit and wait for 32 minutes without moving. The cars behind us even left the line. Eventually we decided to leave the line and go in the store. Once inside we found there to be next to no customers there, so we were relieved as we thought we would be served quickly. Oh how we were wrong. I caught the employee's attention and explained to her that we had already ordered our drinks in the drive through and that it was taking an absurd amount of time so we came inside to pick it up and pay for it. The employee nodded implying she understood, just to give out order to a car in the drive through. The people rejected the order (since it was the wrong one) and we called the employee back over and finally got our order. Overall, it took nearly an hour to get a large chocolate milk, a large coffee and two bottles of water.

One of the fastest in the area. Always use this location on my way to work. Great service and fresh coffee 😉
