Tim Hortons

I came to this location and saw they had a Nutella lineup and I wanted to try their Nutella croissant hoping it would be like the advertisements and the pictures that they have everywhere.nnUnfortunately it was not because this location likes to cheap out on everything. There was next to no Nutella in this croissant. It is the saddest croissant that I've ever had in my entire life.nnIf you're going to boast about having something of Nutella line or an Oreo line or Reese's line for example's actually put that in there and make that one of your main ingredients in that item.nnPathetic...

The customer service, friendliness and speed of service of the staff is amazing. One of the best Tim Hortons I have ever come across. They treat their customers like King/Queen. It was the best experience for me, they made my day.

Great Timmy’s location in Niagara On-the Lake. Staff are always very friendly and do a great job of keeping everything in order. Handled special orders and difficult guests with kindness and respect.

They have watered down coffee and doughy bagels with the thinnest layer of cream cheese.nnI ordered a double toasted bagel and it was not double toasted. I am very disappointed, management needs to make some changes.

One of the best experience i have encountered at any Tim Hortons. The speed of service and the friendliness of the staff amazed me. Would highly recommend Tim Hortons to experience their great team work and friendliness.
