I’m a pickle lover so I was excited to try the new triple pickle mccrispy until I got home and found they almost put no pickles. This location is so disappointing, drop nearly $20 for a meal and they can’t even make the items right. TWO PICKLES and THREE crispy pickles. I don’t know who the owner is but if you think this is acceptable your location is doomed. Won’t be back, I’d rather drive 20 minutes and get better service.

Ordered some meals from the drive-thru at this location and they handed me a disgusting greasy bag with our orders inside all greasy. When I told them that this is not how you pack your orders the manager offered to repackage the order. Of course, to probably mishandle it another time! Fries were stale, burger patties no flavour! Worst service!

It’s exactly 7 minutes after 6 am January 28 2026. I drove into drive thru sat for 10minutes. No response through talk box. So I drive to window. A girl with multi coloured hair see’s me looks at monitors and ignores the fact I am there. I wait 10 minutes. She ignores me, so I drive to drive through again and sat 5 minutes and nothing drove around again and she stares at me as I leave. Great job I just drove 2.5hrs to get here and can’t even get a coffee thanks so much McDonald’s great service.

Stopped by McDonald’s Niagara on the lake-service was good and the place was clean. Washrooms were well maintained too.

Please if you have any spare time go to any other mcdonalds in the surrounding area. The absolute lack of brains here is outstanding... order a 4 cream 4 sugar coffee and I get the cream and sugar.. but wait 0 actual coffee?? Like how? Dont worry ill wait.. absolutely ridiculous, thanks for wasting my time guys and gals. Greatly appreciated lmfao
