Starbucks

Twice I used the mobile order and it took longer than if I stood in line or went through drive through. Maybe I’m just used to faster service back in Mississauga. I had to ask about my mobile order and they didn’t even start it yet. It was a 15 minute wait in total from when I placed the order. This is a tourist location and mobile ordering should be a priority.

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. Took 10-15 minutes in the drive thru waiting at the window for my order. The funny thing was that there seemed to be a lot of staff but they were all joking around. I’m all for fun at work but please don’t leave your customers sitting/standing there. My croissant wasn’t warmed up and they seemed really confused about what a cold foam cappuccino was when it’s one of the drinks they are advertising currently. I generally love Starbucks as a company but something needs to be fixed here.

To manager: Please ask the staff to wash the blender every time they use it. Every time I order Greentea Frab it taste like coffe.
