Sadly agree with the poor reviews. Ended up going to get a crepe at the crepe booth after eating at Aroma because the meals were not satisfying.
Thought it would be a nice cafe experience , different from the rest of the food court .. but the service was very slow. Ordered two classic breakfasts, but they only consist of eggs and bread! To add turkey bacon (no regular bacon available) is an extra $2.50.... and they give you not 1, but 1.5 slices. Not a very good deal at all.
Also I asked for my eggs poached and the cashier said they can't do poached (why not?).
Coffee came after my meal was half finished.
Overall not a good experience :(
Highly recommend going to the crepe place instead, it redeemed the outlet food experience!

The staff at this location are AMAZING! So hardworking, all young and trying their absolute best. Due to the lack of options in the food court they get tons of volume and deal with it as well as they can. While waiting for my order I witnessed customers being rude, selfish and causing their order to be revisited multiple times which slows the staff down. Still, they treat every guest with a smile and are understanding and compassionate. I hand it to the stay - keep up the hard work! And to the customers - try and put yourself in their shoes before you complain about a wait time etc.

I absolutely loved this place!! Asked what they had in the way of vegetarian options and the cashier, Liam, suggested the portabella sandwich. Best sandwich I've ever had!!! Would go back to this location any time I'm near there.

Went here and ordered a chickpea salad with most toppings taken off. I would assume they would fill the salad with more of the toppings that I wanted on the salad, but they just gave me a bowl of lettuce and a tiny amount of chickpeas. I asked for more chickpeas since I took off the egg originally, and the chef looked displeased. Not only that, he decided to make me wait 4 minutes to give me the extra chickpeas because I guess he felt like he had power this way. I asked for a refund for the salad to show the chef how his purposeful slow service is effecting the store. I just didn't want to give a cent to these people. The front counter has high school students working there who quite honestly don't care about the job or the reputation of the business and the back has chefs that are exactly the same. Never had an experience like this before at an aroma, won't be coming back again.

The reviews are accurate. Under staffed, dirty tables, floor unclean. My tea cup was not washed properly. The food was good, but the full package I rate a 2 star.
I couple of years ago it was a 4 or 5 star.
