The elder sir that served us was extremely patient, friendly and professional.nThe service was quick and the overall place and washrooms were clean.

We stopped in for breakfast today on our way home from an overnight stay in Niagara on the lake. The older gentleman working the register was great. We watched how kind and patient he was with a family in front of us who seemed like tourists from out of country and whose first language was not English. It took a while for them to place their order yet he was polite and helpful. When it was our turn, he was friendly and social, and we even had a laugh about my drink order, which was an iced latte with no ice!! I appreciate his service as it’s Thanksgiving today and he’s working and he did it with a smile on his face. If only there were more people like him, working in customer service.

I am a regular customer here. People working here are fabulous. Always feel welcoming and happy to see them early mornings.nnThank you guys for making my day and for serving with smile.

Pretty sad when one has to wait several minutes while being ignored at front by counter. The entire crew was fixated on drive through customers. I now remember why I stay away from the chain. Coffee is just not good. They no longer have lemon or other filled donuts. Not the Tim’s of the past. There is a wonderful bakery across the street.

The food wasn't very good. It's not worth the price of the sandwiches. Hardly any meat, they were just thrown together. There was no one else getting any food, so why throw it together. They had the time to make a decent sandwich. They ruined it for me on going to any other stores
