Tim Hortons

Was very disappointed. I came from the states to check out Tim Hortons. Nothing special and this location was disgusting. Looks like they haven't remodeled in 30 years. Look at the cigarettes under the basket. When is the last time they cleaned this place? Should have just gone into town and supported local.

I’ve been to this Tim Hortons a few times now, and the food and drinks have always been standard to other Tim Hortons locations take that as you will, but what stood out to me about this location is how slow it is. After I order, I often find myself waiting 10 minutes for 1 or 2 drinks when it’s not even busy. Although, compliments to the old man, he’s always super friendly and helpful.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I am a manager of a timhortons myself and we strive to achieve the best guest satisfaction a guest could experience. My day off I come in with some of my buddy’s for two iced coffee with milk one with caramel. All three ladies working were the rudest people I’ve ever meet, no eye contact no hello no nothing “what do you want” I walk I got. I waited about 20 minutes for those iced coffees and in that wait one of the ladies came up to me and asked me what I’m waiting for I told her the two iced coffees she said “there being made”. I’ve never seen such staff be so disrespectful. Also the store cleanliness was horrific garbage everywhere washrooms disgusting and from my POV from the front counter over viewing behind the counter I will never get food from here nor a drink ever again.

I visited this place today with my wife to get coffee, donuts and muffin- and we were greeted with a smiley face by Ken! He is lovely and softspoken! Thank you Tim Hortons for giving people of all ages equal opportunities!

This location I visited was in a mall. Very little seating and long lines made for a long wait but the donuts are fresh. Although I was told they are not made in house they are brought in so they run out quickly
