Staff are incredible. Always working hard to improve in every way. Love that they are equal opportunity employers as is clearly seen by the greeter there who I think is just a breath of fresh air. And Toni ? Spelling 🙊 she is amazing. Top notch employee. You guys sure lucked out finding her. 🎉🎉

This one does not have pepper or salt available unless you ask. When you ask they give me a 2-3 little packs. I like pepper and this place is so busy if you forget to ask forget it. I will no longer visit this place. There are much better McDonald in Hamilton.

New location on the east Hamilton mtn needs some improvement.. From order accuracy to service in the drive thru. So from my experience being there dozens of times I give them a 2 out of 5.

Terrible fish filet but excellent quarter pounder and the best coffee frappe. Hortons can't touch this drink with their ice caps.

Pathetic service! I literally got a rubber kind of cheese with my filet. The manager on duty was horrible. I was a really happy customer but not anymore. 👎👎
